Terrible. Considering that i was overcharged and haven't received my deposit after 2wks no pool

Breakfast.. Big rooms

I still haven't received the deposit even tho they said it would be returned the day of checkout.. Or 3 to 5 days... Its been 2 wks and no. Call back from manager after several calls to them. They said it was released but my bank doesn't have a refund for the deposit still

We had to continue to ask for clean towels and bedroom was never cleaned during our three night stay.

Very uncomfortable and smells like mold.

The location. The staff was nice.

The room smelled like mildew and mold. The beds were very uncomfortable. They wete bouncey and no support. Like sleeping in springs. The breakfast was, eh. I was totally disappointed and will never stay here again.

Location. Privacy. Clean sheets. The staff 6 friendly with a little attitude. Not very friendly

The place smelled of bleach and other cleaners. The carpets and furniture were outdated. The toilet never stopped running. The window cushions were torn badly. They charge an extra $50 for incidentals. When they should be offering $50 to stay there. It looked bedbug ridden and from the torn cushions I was afraid to sit in the room. It was an experience. Expensive and not worth the money to stay there.

I’m just glad I was able to see my husband that’s all.

I like how they had a seating area in the room just to read books by the window

pool and gym wasn’t open, they didn’t tell me times for the breakfast and the vending machine was broken and there was a bug on the floor

1st room offered was horrible ( smelled like smoke and had damaged furniture in it). Staff provided a different room on another floor that was better.

I was told no fee to hold unless paying cash called and checked before I booked on booking.com, get there and it’s a different story , my room was very small, cigarette smell even in the non smoking area
