The room was very large and the staff were super friendly.

We checked out fairly early (8:30am) and had hoped to eat breakfast prior to leaving but they had run out of bacon and eggs at that time. We didn’t have time to wait for more to be made.

Whoever stayed before me burnt the carpet while smoking in a non smoking room, I reported it to the front office and the staff on duty took a note of it.

I stay here all time when I’m visiting the area I call home. It’s such a convenient spot and very affordable and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always top notch as well!

This stay my key cards seemed to have an issue. I received two key cards at check in my first night. I had a three night two day stay. The second night of my stay my key card wouldn’t let me in to my room. I went to the front desk to get a new one and the woman working was more than happy to fix the issue. Then I happened the next night too! Neither of the keys would let me in. So I had to go back up front and the same woman (I didn’t catch her name) from the night before was more than happy to fix the issue again :) Not sure what happened, but very glad someone was there to help!

The location was perfect, it was right across the parking lot from a Starbucks and close to my family members who I was visiting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly!

The breakfast was not up to the standards of other hotels that we have stayed in. I always look forward to toppings on the waffle (besides butter and syrup) and toppings for the oatmeal. I didn't care for the oatmeal to be in the little packets. The hot water was not hot (even when the new canister was presented). The scrambled eggs were not that appetizing. Because the breakfast was not all that great, for my next stay in Stephens City, I plan on staying at the hotel right next to the Quality Inn (HOLIDAY EXPRESS) and I'll decide which one I like better for future overnight stays.

Did not eat breakfast there - too crowded and we were in a hurry to get on up the road. The location was perfect as it was right off I-81.

The tub had a leak and water ran in it all the time. Definitely did not like the water waste with this leak. I forgot to mention it when we checked out. Hope they can get it fixed soon.
