NOT MUCH....
hardly any food left at 7:45 a.m. and nothing being refilled.......
coffee pot was empty and was never replaced with anymore coffee ....
just about everything ....while getting registered I wanted to pay cash for our 2 night stay, he wasn't pleased about that as it was different way to register me, then I asked to have my security deposit held on my M/Card but he said NO IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH FOR THE ROOM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT HAS TO BE CASH TOO ?????....why..... you have my M/card if we had damaged the room in anyway you could charge my card.....
The beds were SO OLD that you could feel the SPRINGS OR COILS ???? coming through, none of us had any sleep for the 2 night stay....I felt like we were staying at a slum motel.....we didn't have time to ask to switch rooms as we were in Federal Way because a family member had passed away....the WORST STAY at any motel we have have ever stayed at .....

Super nice staff, great breakfast, and nice pool/spa area. The room and bathroom were clean.
Only 1 elevator was working for a 4 floor hotel, and it was a busy weekend there. We had to wait for the elevator all the time. Our room was great, but muggy all the time, we needed to keep the air conditioning going all the time. With it being so muggy, there was mold in the window seal and spots around the air-conditioner.

The Location was good for my customers
There was a lady staff at the reception who kept asking us when we are leaving. She was always harassing my team members by leaving the door open when it was cold. She even refused to exchange notes for coins for laundry while the immediate one who came after her gave us coins. However two of the staff who came in the afternoon and another one at night were a Jewel.

The breakfast was great. The location for the event me and my family had was very close and convenient.
There was strong smoke/drug smell in the room. Especially the second room we had room 204. We thought it was going to get better but it was getting worse. My 3 year old son has asthma and couldn’t handle the smell. So for this reason we had to checkout a day before and didn’t use the room on the second night. We had to book another hotel. I would like to ask for a refund for the night we didn’t use the hotel rooms.

it had a good, well stocked morning breakfast
and the pool was actually open.
it’s in a somewhat weird location, veryclose to major highways, which can be a big pro, but also a bit of a con, it was also pretty pricey..

The eggs and waffles were fantastic, good coffee as well. I was at the hotel due to flooding in my apartment, so it was not a pleasure-visit, or else I am sure I would have enjoyed it more. Bed was very comfortable.
Honestly, the best part was the staff. very considerate, knowledgeable, kind and seemed to hold up well under pressure during busy times.
The hot tub could have been a bit hotter. Honestly, it was barely room temp when I used the tub. And the jets are aimed very strangely. Perhaps they do not want people to spend much time in there.

The size of the bed.
The AC unit didn't kool down the room, & the carpet was very wet from the AC unit which had a mold smell to the room. Wasn't a pleasant stay @ all!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated
When we checked in the guy had no personality. He wasn't welcoming at all.....didnt even tell us to enjoy our stay or even tell us when breakfast was served. He looked like he hated his job. The hallways smelt like cigarettes. The elevator was dirty and old, while the other elevator was broke down. The breakfast ran out of food and never added more and there was an hour left for breakfast. We couldn't find cups either for the coffee either. They weren't stocked. This felt like a motel 6 and the area was sketchy.

Location
Noise from 11:42-3am. Front desk justified that the people had just checked in and hopefully go to sleep soon. Noise continued. No one answered the front desk phone anymore. No one was at desk. I then called room above me and asked them nicely to be quiet, but it continued. No one seemed to care.
