Very good

Nice, clean, comfortable. We arrived shortly after 1:00. They got us into the room right away.

Some grounds keeping noise. Some road noise.

Definitely will be staying again, great stay for the price

Clean property, plenty of parking, convenient location, adequate facilities (fitness center and breakfast), and very friendly and helpful staff.

Non-smoking room had slight smoky smell

Perfect for 1 night to attend a concert

The facility was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It was close to our concert venue and the freeway. Nothing exceptional, but it met our needs.

Decent "budget" hotel in a high priced area, and okay for a night or two.

Bed mattress was comfortable, hotel seemed quiet.

Not very good choices for "health". The scrambled eggs were awful, no taste except yellow fluff so I threw them out. I wanted oatmeal without sugar, but the only choices had additives and sugars. Would have liked coffee creamer that was just cream and or/half and half, but only had fake choice. Had to use 2 percent milk in my coffee. They did have bananas and apples, which was good. The shower pressure was terrible, they obviously use water saver heads, which is fine if you get a good one, but this one felt like a little water and air. Took me longer just to get my hair wet. The towels were cotton/poly, and not good quality, but I can deal with that. However, I much prefer a nice cotton towel. Bed sheets were "micro-fiber" --- YUCK. Again, cotton is so much better.

The location was very convenient to the freeway!, for eating and coffee. bed was very comfortable. breakfast had good choices.

Very good

Close to the funeral. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

My mom is 94 and I needed something for her to get up in the bed and they had nothing and so I asked for a recliner that she could sleep in and they didn't have that either. She 4'11 and couldn't get in the bed.

the staff was amazing!

our room was super dark. the carpets were disgusting and seemed as if they’ve never been cleaned. we found a roach in the corner of our room next to our suitcases.

Great beds, great price great staff

The staff was super attentive and cheerful. We appreciated how willing they were to help with our request of rooms next to eachother. The beds are fantastically comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. The lobby coffee is great and the management is wonderful The location has great restaurants in the same parking lot which was so convenient

The only negative thing was that at breakfast a guy closed the chaffing dish and the weight along with water from condensation on the legs made it slide and come crashing to the floor. The staff was great to clean it but then set it all back up again the same way. So then I got eggs, closed it and walked away and it slid again and came crashing to the ground. This caused boiling water to burn my legs and my sons and it felt pretty crappy to be treated like it was my fault for the inconvenience when it had already happened once and was clearly an issue with the heated dish. That said I'd still rate this location super well bc my embarrassment is not something that any other guest will hopefully have to go through as they assured us they were going to remedy the dish and everything else was top notch.
