It was ok

The breakfast was decent, the pool was nice for kids. Wish there was a depper area for adults though

No opportunity to buy extra wrist bands for the pool, saw lots of cob webs and spider webs inside and out. Also a bit out dated

Second time we stayed there. Good location and nice facilities for parties, weddings and gatherings.

We didn’t eat breakfast. Had an early appointment and left before we could get breakfast.

Lower rates on the Presidential suite during less than peak times. Need to make sure the bathrooms are clean including the toilet. Lighting to get to the bathroom not adequate for walking from the bedroom to the bathroom in the dark.

Exceptional

We love staying here to swim its perfect for the littles and the slightly older. The staff is always nice and very accommodating!! This is always my first choice when staying in a hotel!

I hate that the pool closes so early. It would be awesome if there were night time adult hours. I could kill to soak in the jacuzzi without my screaming children even for just 30 min

The pool is great for kids twelve and under loved it

I went to make my bed the next day and Discovered big p*** spots in my blanket. I was so disgusted then. We pulled out the couch bed and. And it was nasty underneath there plus there were clothes underneath there And there was dust on a few things.

Overall our stay was fun for the kids!

The mini water park is fun for the kids! Just beware, there was mold and ripped nets, water was cold. But it was still fun and convenient since it’s inside the hotel. One thing I will say is that the staff was so kind and accommodating. They changed our room immediately. The second room didn’t have a working refrigerator and we unfortunately didn’t find out until later that night after we got back from buying some groceries and they were quick to come and replace the fridge to make sure our food didn’t spoil.

The first room we got smelled so bad. There was a used towel (still wet) hanging behind the door and the carpet was wet. Then I went to open the curtains and the wallpaper was peeling off and it was full of mold! U could see the mold on the wall behind the wallpaper!

Never again.

The shower was amazing. The manager of the restaurant,Jerry, was the best and tried to help me with the MANY problems with the room and the hotel staff.

I got a room with a jacuzzi and it wasn't working. Refrigerator did not work. Remote for the TV did not work. Water came in to my room through a wall and soaked all my clothes and luggage. The staff was of no help and clueless as to how to work anything on the rooms I asked for a manager five times from right after check in and up to the day we checked out. Finally got in contact a day after check out and he was just defensive and rude. Needs to learn de-escalation. Smh. Said he owns the hotel but he doesn't know what to do to help me and wants to ask the kitchen manager what he should do, said he has my number if he needs to reach me and hung up. I had.to hook the cable to the TV myself. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom for shower. Couldn't get housekeeping.,my daughter's headphones and towel were stolen And someone deficated I'm their pool. Also the staff is lazy and rude, couldn't even get us the menu for room service, that's supplied in the rooms but not in ours. And that's how I met Jerry the manager from the restaurant in the hotel. Who also helped fill the fridge with ice so I didn't have to throw out all our food. He supplied me the menu and a kids menu, and saw my frustration and bought me a drink and provided the hotel managers name and info.

Splurged for the suite, was a relaxing stay!

Love the shower with the multiple heads and tv, love the jacuzzi in the main area, love the king bed! The cleaning girl the next morning, she was so nice, wished me a Happy Mother's Day as I was walking past her with my kids, a definite difference from the slightly snotty front desk girl the day before at check-in, she was not at all welcoming. The breakfast was pretty good, nice variety.

The binder for the stay was destroyed by previous guests so I didn't have a menu for room service, it was all ripped out and drawn on. I tried using the restaurant button on the phone and all it did was ring. I had to order DoorDash instead. The jacuzzi had a LOT of dead skin right off the bat coming into the water, the filters need to be cleaned. There were no coffee cups to make coffee in the morning.

the property is located in a convenient location on the west side. the pool area was fun for the kids.

The breakfast area was very messy and ran out of items very early. cleaning needed to be done under the pull out couch and in the main areas of the hotel. When we got to our room the door wasn’t even shut!

. The waffles were good. And they actually had eggs and sausage. They said that was a weekend item only. But overall it was good

Breakfast could use some work....fruit was frozen. Coffee could use some flavoring creamers.

Exceptional

The splash park was fun for my young kids. The room was very nice and comfy. I loved the shower.

I didn't like the fact that I could check In early cuz we drove for 20 hrs and I called to ask before I left to make sure we could check in when we got there and the total opposite happened.

not worth it

the staff was nice and good breakfast choices.

The place was very outdated and used/warn looking. The pool area was not clean. The pool itself and hot tub had sand and other things floating. The chlorine was SO STRONG it discolored my swim suite, gave all of us red bumps and itchy spots all over body.

great stay for the whole family

Great indoor pool area for the kids to play, equipped with a nice splash pad and water slide. There is also a water slide for bigger kids and pool to play.

Very clean

We had a romantic jacuzzi room for our stay as we walked in to the room it was nice then noticed there was a window in the room which I thought was good to let light in so I walked over to the window to look at my view and to my surprise it was to the kiddie splash pad which I thought was very weird as a romantic room that is a odd placement for such window also the next morning we was woke up at 9am to kids screaming and yelling in the pool so no sleeping in for us on our vacation
