I enjoyed my time in the area, but will not be staying here again

Close to where we needed to be

Hot tub in room barely worked, room smelled like moth balls. Couch uncomfortable to sit on, and shower had bad water pressure

It did the job for one night on the way to our destination, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very clean

The beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The breakfast area was way too small, you were crawling over people to get a spot the room a/c worked but was so loud it kept us awake.

Great inside, gross outside

Helpful, courteous staff.

Tons of garbage outside the building and around the perimeter of the parking lot. Inside the hotel was fully acceptable, outside was exceptionally trashy.

Horrible treated like we were stealing, dirty in nned of many repairs

I was asked if I was going to call Booking.Com when I was checking in I said I don't understand that question the clerk said nevermind, but if they call just say you don't want to talk to them. I was then charged more than Booking.Com quoted me. I also received an email that my CC was declined it was not! We had 3 towels in our room and we asked for additional towels we were quized and treated like we were stealing the towels. NEVER AGAIN HERE

It was decent

Even though the hot tub in my room was dirty that was my favorite part, the bed is also comfortable

There were spider webs, hot tub was dirty, dusty, I felt a little Uncomfortable due to the room not being clean.

We always stay here as we travel michigan to Minnisota. Very nice, clean place.

Friendly staff clean room, great shower.

It was very dirty. Carpet in the room had holes in it. Hall way carpet was very filthy. Mold and mildew on the shower.

Location.

Our room was dirty. We found hair in our bed. There was a large crack in the tub and the tub wasn't clean. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean our room. We had to ask for new bedding. We were only given a top sheet and new pillow cases. When we went to check out we told them about our experience and were told no refunds with an attitude. We didn't expect a refund but you could of offered a precentage off our bill. When your paying $150+ for a suite. The least you could do is have the room clean for your customers!!! Its pathetic! Funny part is the maids have the nerve to leave behind an envelope requesting a tip.

Nice place, great hospitality

Andrea was wonderful! She was very accommodating when we couldn't figure out the whirlpool and she helped with recommendations for places to eat. Wonderful service.

I hope a real breakfast comes back soon.

Pleasant

The woman who is at the front desk when we checked in on Friday night and worked tirelessly keeping track of incoming guests doing the laundry she was super friendly professional she should get a big fat raise she was working so hard the only complaint I have is that the room was so wet it’s as if the air conditioning couldn’t pull the moisture out of the carpet in the fabrics in the room otherwise it was fine Marinette is a really pretty city I’m glad we went there

I think the air conditioning was just dated in old and could not pull the moisture out of the room otherwise it was wonderful the bed was super comfortable

I’d go back.

It was the perfect location. We traveled to the water falls and the Bay. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

The bag breakfast. Could have regular hot breakfast. Order ahead of time. Orders could have had pick up times.

It was adequate for a place to sleep but wouldn’t book again.

Covid bagged breakfast. Didn’t participate. Location good. Staff fine. Room adequate. Bed comfortable.

Very damp carpeting in room. Didn’t seem to be sanitized like other hotels I e stayed at recently. Property needs updating.

The workers are friendly, it was quiet, outside was dirty

The location, the receptionist was very friendly during checkout.

There's a lot of garbage all over the ground outside, looks dirty. On the mattress there's a footlong spot dirty kind of looks like blood. So obviously they saw it when they made the bed. That was disgusting.

About what I expected for the price, but should have been cleaner.

For a bagged breakfast it was ok. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. Quick and easy check-in/out

Carpets need a thorough cleaning. Wifi was spotty. Room smelled kind of musty. Break out the real breakfast and ditch the bags.
