Deceived and Over Paid

Nothing. I was embarrassed that I made my family stay in such a sketchy place.

Parking lot is sketchy. People living in the hotel. Bldg is run down and under construction. Beds are too small. Air conditioner compressor rattled and was obnoxious.

The location.

Smelled horrible. Dirty everywhere. Pool and hot tub have been closed for days and we were not notified until after checkin.

Very Bad Facility

Location was located downtown

The entire building was torn apart. Everything smelt bad and was covered up with air fresheners which honestly made the smells worse. If we had the choice, we would have left that night and not stayed at all. When booking, there was nothing stating the pool/hot tub was out of commission but it clearly was for sometime. The whole building just seemed like it was abandoned but there were beds available. It mentioned that there were NO pets aloud at this facility but the room next to us had a large dog that barked very late at night and early in the morning. They offered free breakfast but there were no cups, the waffle mix was empty and there was a few loaves of white bread. There was no staff to be found to assist in getting anything. Very very disappointed

We checked out 20 minutes after checking in. That’s how bad of a hotel this place is.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Parking lot was a mess. No one around for check in so we had to wait 5 minutes til someone finally showed up. Elevator was broken and you had to push the down button to go up, seemed sketchy. The whole place smelled like marijuana from the second you walk through the door. The room was very dirty and smelled bad. Tv didn’t have a remote, air conditioner was missing the knobs to adjust it. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in because it was so bad. There was a group of guys smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This place needs shut down or new ownership.

Absolutely nothing. Left within an hour of checking in

Filthy. Breakfast hadn't been cleaned up at 3 pm, no one at desk, didn't speak English. On phone while checking in. Elevator was filthy. Bathroom dirty and no toilet paper

Was ok for the short time I was there.

What breakfast? The booking fees were $30 and admin fees were $18. I booked for $120 for one night….after all the fees and taxes I paid $170+. If I knew, I would’ve never booked it. I was in a need of a hotel ASAP so I missed all the fine lines. Thx booking.com!

Awful grimy hotel.

Old dirty rooms that haven’t been updated or deeply cleaned in decades. Didn’t have basic amenities available such as towels. Would never stay here again.

Clean the hotel, remove and replace carpets and air conditioners. Have functioning windows and basic amenities like towels.

Nothing 90$ for super fuzzy tv with no cable and my computer could not connect to the WiFi and no ether net outlet I wish I only paid 60$😂

I got stuck in the elevator!!! The hotel had to call the fire department to open the door!! There was also a small hand towel that had stains on it, along with cigarette burns and stains on the blankets! The side of the wall by the window was also molded, which made the room smell very wet. So gross. Will never stay here again.
