Breakfast was good
Being listened to, not allowing underage kids to throw a party

Good location and parking
Nowhere to eat or drink after 9.45pm.
Our room was not serviced and bed not made despite request to Front Desk when we left the hotel at 10am. When we returned at 5.30pm, we were told Housekeeping was gone for the day. I requested a token credit be applied to our room account, but this was not honored. Poor customer service and communication.

Hotel was in a good location.
We requested a King bed and got 2 double beds! The room was definately not clean! The bathroom was good, but the carpet was dirty and the blinds and desk/tv area were all dirty looking and unkept.

The rooms were clean. The staff were all very kind. Looking forward to seeing the areas they had under construction. It was a nice stay for a very reasonable rate.
There was nothing that we disliked. Everything was amazing.

Location easy to get to, plenty of parking.
The continentsl breakfast was ok.
The bed was ok but i have a bad back so im sure most would find it ok. There were limited towels only 2 bathtowels. We had went to the pool after 9, so there was no towel for the morning .
The HOT TUB was broken. Since before Christmas! We were very dissappointed and there was too many kids in the pool after 9pm. Im older and just thought i could have a little time in the pool without being splashed. But noooooo.
And then there were children running up and down the halls till all hours of the night. And they wete knocking on doors to make you get up to see who was there.. surprise! No one. And when we checked out, the desk girls were conversing with other patrons.. a longgg conversation.. so this woman with a bad back and cane stood patiently waiting.. and waiting.. after 5 minutes i interrupted and asked for service. They coulda asked me what i needed and still continued chatting but they dont multitask very well i guess.

I like the family room.
cold in lobby and cafeteria. The pool must have had a little too much chlorine, the kids got painful rashes, so they couldn’t swim.
