Will never go there again

Roaches crawling all over the place, toilet hadn't been cleaned in days, others there were noisy and couldn't get good sleep, t.v. barely worked

Never again.

Nothing. There were cockroaches, blood stains on the bed sheet, and I got a jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work. The tv was stuck on a western station and wouldn’t change either. I’ve traveled to many hotels and this was the worst I think I’ve ever been to. Especially for the price I paid

Smelly pillows and dirty tub!

I booked this hotel because of the spa bath, and I paid $126 for one night. It was terrible experience, bath tub is dirty, bed skirt has so much stains. Their cheap blanket is rough and no layers, I am not sure how often they wash the blankets. Toilet is awful, bath towels are too old. Pillows look 30 years old, have bad smells. I regret for this booking, wouldn’t recommend and never stay again.

Well the location was decent. The staff was attentive.

I rented a jacuzzi room for a get out of town trip with my husband because we had no children for the night. The room was within sight of the office and cameras. The jacuzzi leaked ALL OVER. Soaked my husband's luggage bag. Also the roaches were big. Wasn't aware they were there until the room flooded. Went to relocate rooms and the only other jacuzzi room was WAY in the back by the weekly rentals and the folks all hanging out eyeballing us made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked to have a refund and the lady was professional but said she was still new and didn't know how to refund yet. My husband ended up talking with a manager over zoom and he was told we would have to wait for the next business day for refund.

It sucked, was scared to go to sleep

The floor was dirty, bug's, hair in the tub and sink, bedspread had bad stains, couch that was in room had stains, the wifi didn't work, there was duck tape on the door, the curtain was half coming off the window

NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE

checking out and leaving that place as fast as I could

I am wondering how come Booking allowed this place to be listed in the app. It's by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The rooms are dirty as hell, the smell inside gives you headaches, the bathroom are not clean (towels have stains which I don't like to think of). The place is noisy because some guests seem to not care about respect. For that crappy place i paid $87 total for a night, freaking expensive. I tried to cancel my stay but the guy at the lobby told me there would not be a refund after you were in the room for more than 15 min. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Never again!

The property location was good.

The room was not clean, food sill in fridge from last occupant, water came up between bathroom floor tiles when walked on, bare bulb in bathroom, no bathroom mirror, took almost 2 hrs for jacuzzi tub to fill, and worst of all they don’t honor prices listed in their lobby.

Its fine if you are looking to save money. Do not expect much

There was no breakfast at this location. It was the least expensive place in the General area.

The room was ok, the faucet in the sink was not attached to the basin. Bed was ok. The noise all night was terrible from other guests to road noise ect. Not a great selection on the TV. I was not given the WiFi password

The linens and mattress are stained. Guests were smoking and talking on the upstairs balcony at 3:30 am outside the rooms. The toilet paper holder is broken.

There wasn't nothing not to like good people even the guy working made arrangements even though they overbooked and got me a room and I stayed well as long as I needed and left out for the next
