good price, loud cars all night, thin walls.

- Everything is still like almost new conditions. - Very high quality mattress sheets.

- pillows sink too low. - being in downtown, there's lots of lights. A lot of loud cars run until around 1am - 2am. Hard to sleep. - Walls are thin. You can hear neighbors having intercourse, talk or watch their TV. - Shower head water low. I like lots of water gushing through my head. - There are people in groups at back parking lot drinking alcohol for the two nights we stayed. - There's no real security. Just a prop car with flashing lights in hope to deter people.

Clean and comfortable place for a short stay.

We stayed for one night. Clean and nice rooms with good and spacious shower. The parking space was large and we found easily a space for our oversized vehicle. The pool was great. Good price and still the quality was high enough.

The neighborhood was a bit boring and the hotel is situated next to the busy cross roads so the noise level was quite high time to time. There was some dubious action ongoing at the hallways but since it stayed there we didn't much care about it .

Comfortable stay

I liked the fact that the rooms were comfortable and there were no noisy guest as neighbors, Semi-Full Kitchen, Great bathroom size, and very clean sheets and pillows.

The shower door squeaked when opening and closing it, Remote would not work sometimes, no full breakfast just simple cereal and muffin items.

Was a short stay to visit family so good for price

Friendly staff , they even upgraded to a room with two beds at no charge , clean room, security having g a full refrigerator and a microwave

Because of location very noisy , sheets very stiff and scratchy, mattress are low quality and are on a box so it wants to slide off frame with any movement and spread on bed very thin

We have stayed here twice and would stay again, just not on the far end.

The staff is great, the room is clean and very nice, and they are pet friendly.

Friday and Saturday nights were pretty loud. People yelling, cussing, fighting, banging on the walls/doors. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything.

Very expensive for a room worth $50. Just because it's advertised as new, doesn't mean it's good

There was no breakfast offered. The bed was very comfortable. The family that runs the motel is nice.

The sheets were dirty, there was hair in the shower and on the soap packaging. I did not like the constant foot traffic next to my room, lots of people talking (had to knock on the window to get them to leave many times until 1:30am), and the vomit I stepped in when loading my car in the morning. When I walked my small dog, I encountered many homeless people and animal feces and trash in the public areas. The downtown is so pretty that it's disappointing to see the amount of trash thrown into the river. Not a good area at all. This is obviously not the fault of motel management, but I would never stay in an inn in this part of town again.

It’s ok for short stay or overnight stay

Really clean and new and no smoke smell In the room..new airconditioner and new floors

A bit higher price and we were place in the room outside where the garbage cans are.. so we had flies overnight in the room which was not cool..

This is my second time staying there and would come back again.

I like how stream line check in goes 5 min then off to my room. Also allowing me to check In early so I could get ri my work obligation on time.

There were dirty towls left in the shower and we only had enough clean towels for one Person but other then that everything else was good.

Comfortable bed & safe area for Stockton

The staff there were great. Very attentive & we’re so kind. The beds were so comfortable. My husband and I slept good

Waste of money and time

The rooms were decent but the neighborhood is straight up a ghetto

The location is ghetto to say the least and our smoke alarm was going off all night the last night for no reason and they didn't seem to cate

Very pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly and gave me water bottles upon check-in

Room colors were very tasteful. Nicely decorated. Location was amazing with a water view.

Bed was a little bit hard but everyone likes something different

Great price of tou bring your own pillow.

Recently refinished. Nice amenities.

Honestly my big complaint was the cardboard they attempted to make into pillows. So uncomfortable I awoke with a stiff neck and shoulder and couldnt really sleep well.

location. we didn’t love the city. too many homeless and weird people walking around. felt unsafe at some point.

Spacious room. Clean beds & towels. Bathroom was clean except some hair from previous guests in the shower.
