Not a breakfast just fruit and snacks

There wasn’t anything to like. The only good part was the fact that’s cable worked.
There was blood on my sheets in the first room and the shower was broke in the second room. The bed sheets had dirt stains in both rooms.

I like the location of the Hotel.
I also like the Restaurant locations.
I also like it was so close to my Mom and Dad's house.
I liked the whole experience.
I have no complaints.
Actually the breakfast could have been better I think.

When we arrived the beds were dirty so I ended up having to get clean sheets and blankets and change the beds myself, there was hair in the tub and sink. They claim they have wifi but it doesn't reach the rooms. They say they have complementary breakfast but unless your paying to live there then you can't have it. Asked for room service n no one showed up . Soy entire stay I ended up getting cleaning supplies and cleaning it myself. Not to mention I am a housekeeper so I know everything there is to know about cleaning a room. When the night time front desk was advised she was very rude while having her friends all over the office. It wasn't worth the $900 that we paid to stay here. I would rate it a 1 but you can't go any lower. I'm from Bristol this was my boyfriend first visit from Florida and a horrible impression was made

There's a woman that works at the desk thats is very friendly. She is the only redeeming quality of this place.
Very run down and lots of things broken. Breakfast was minimal (see pic). So dirty it's probably a health hazard. Towels are dirty and stained. They DO NOT clean sheets or mop floors. between guests!! We changed rooms twice and bedding was full of hair, dried blood (yes blood!), Paw prints, brown mystery stains, and fresh yellow stains. Bathrooms had clumps of hair, toilets were dirty, and one room had a bug problem. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The location is ideal, the staff are super friendly and although older facilities was clean and well equipped.
There were numerous unruly and loud people hanging out in the parking lot with little concern for others staying there.
9.0 / 10.0
The helpfulness of the staff. Hotel is an older building, but management has worked hard to make it comfortable and appealing to clients.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. If youre only going to serve coffee and donuts please say so. Thats fine, but to most people, breakfast means, cereal, eggs, toast, etc.

it was available right when we needed it- the bed was super comfortable!
Tile floor in the bath room had been replaced but the grout was applied sloppily, all over the wall and door. The rest of the bathroom needs to be updated.
