No breakfast, no coffee, NOTHING!

It is Clean and Comfy.

We went down to get the breakfast at about 6:10 a.m., and the place was abandoned! No front desk person and no breakfast. It said it was a 24-hour hotel, but it's not. I got online and found a phone number for the independently owned hotel. I get the hotel across the street at Best Western. He said he would call the owners. No phone call! The young girl at the front desk last night looked like she needed a class in hospitality. This is the weirdest thing! Coffee is cold, the water jug is warm so probably no one has been here all night.

Never again

The room was clean and decent.

The front desk clerk on duty lied about not finding my reservation with Booking.com. Gave me a room then gave my Booking.com reserved room to someone else and charged me for both. I had a struggle to get my money back. People live in this hotel. Carpets were removed and no sound barrier was placed. You can hear everything in the hall and adjacent room.

The room was tattered and worn, the furnishings were filthy. Everything smelled of deodorizing cleaner. The top sheet wasn’t cotton, and kept causing static electricity all night. The price was the same range that we paid in Ely at La Quinta but the quality just wasn’t there. Seriously—the room was so warn out it should have been in the $50 a night range, it was awful.

Rather spartan breakfast of carbs and dairy. Only hot food is microwave instant oatmeal and microwave waffles. No eggs, sausage, bacon etc.

All the amenities of a traditional hotel and central location!

Good donuts, no waffles, good coffee, lots of cereal. Nice pool and hot tub.

Little dirty behind the dresser between the beds. Otherwise good cleanliness.

ok other than the fire alarm. And the breakfast donuts were super dry ended up getting breakfast on the road.

it was clean and staff was friendly.

I had just gotten my kids to sleep and the fire alarm in the next room went off for what felt like forever and woke them up, so ended up being a long night as they were afraid to go back to sleep.

Disappointing

When I can hear the neighbor on the phone like they are sitting on our bed starting at 5:30 that’s a problem. The gaps in the door between rooms were off. Plastic ups with holes in the bottom leaked on fresh clothes for our event. Staff not engaging.

The person who checked us in wasn't very friendly. If I pay $175 I expect a cleaner and nicer place.

The people working there were not friendly, didn't act like they like their job.

The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Breakfast was nothing special, but there were plenty of good choices. It was a no-surprises stay. We have regrets staying there, and would stay again. We found a great local restaurant not far away.n the

The price was on the high side for the area. On the other hand, we passed on another place not too far away that was a little less expensive. We drove past and agreed to keep on driving. Everything but the price was ok or better.

The hotel is tired, housekeeping is not doing a even a fair job.

Quite comfortable room, but not impressed with breakfast choices, nothing but sweet.

The breakfast set up is good but not enough attention paid to the coffee supply.

The breakfast could have been better if there was bread and a toaster. There was nothing there for diabetics.

Would rather stay elsewhere next time, especially for the $$$ if I happen to need a room in LaGrande

Free parking close to front entrance. Comfortable bed, TV worked OK, internet worked OK for what little we used it. Coffee at breakfast bar was good.

Ice machine was inop. The desk clerk said it went out the day before we arrived. I have stayed at places where they put an inop sign on ice machines, drinking fountains etc. since we had the COVID19 problems. Usually the water fountain worked fine, they just didn't want liability if someone said they got COVID19 from drinking fountain I guess. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Breakfast was limited especially for those of us who eat vegetarian/vegan.

Hotel seems a bit run down, carpets in hallways and rooms had a lot of stains.

Staff were friendly.

Would stay there again if in the area

Breakfast could have been better. Instead of hard boiled eggs scrambled would have been great. Our room did not have a pot for the coffee maker. The bath tub was very slippery. My husband almost fell several times. So instead of a shower I had to take a bath I didn’t want to chance falling. We were in room 108.

Cigarette butts by sidewalk in rocks.
