Caring employees that went out of their way to help us!!!

Very clean, very nice owner/operator, within walking distance of downtown
The hotel is a very old school 60s roadside motel. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is tiny with a shower barely large enough for an adult, the heating system is a wall mounted unit that is a bit difficult to hold a constant temperature

exceptional clean. nice and cozy. host was friendly and helpful with dining suggestions.
the wall heater was a little noisy but the room was warm!!

the rooms are small but very clean, beds very comfortable. The patios had chairs and decorations, making it feel 'homey'.
I really enjoyed our stay but if I had to pick one thing - it would be the window shutters. I felt like I couldn't close them all the way and as a single mom traveling with my kids, I worry about someone being able to see in.

Was SO clean, very Nostalgic motel from the 60s-70s maybe, our only complaint were guests that took up two parking spots with their car. We had to park up by the lobby instead of outside the little room. The owner/manager was friendly.

TV was cable, no movie

The staff was friendly and the facility was simple and comfortable.
There was a lot of political decor in the front office. I’m on vacation.

Very friendly staff and cozy nicely cleaned room! Also we got breakfast at the morning (cookies and fruit).
Only the loudness of AC unit, but we turned it off. :-)

Able to access room even though staff had left (was early evening, not late at night)
Never saw staff! Arrived (not late) and office was closed. Note with my name on it taped to office door, said manager and staff had left, key was in Room 19. We went around and around the complex and couldn't find Room 19. Finally asked a patron standing outside, they said there were a couple of rooms hidden behind the office, and, yes, Room 19 was one of them! Office still closed next morning. We weren't sure how to check out (no key drop box), so left key in the room, same place where we had found it night before. Odd light switches for bathroom, also shower control in bathtub. Seemed like the room had been carved out of the back of the office....

The management were very friendly and accomodating. Everything was very clean
It is pretty basic lodging - rooms are small and sparse. Like most older motels, the view was of the parking lot.

Very quaint Motel with cozy, clean room. Owners were very kind and there for our late check in. We loved that we were able to park right outside our room.
Bathroom was a bit tight space wise in our room.
