Our overall stay was fair it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. We did it like housekeeping the ladies were very sweet and

The room was clean.

The blanket had a hole with cotton coming out of it. The shower curtain was very raggedy and falling apart. And the AC is so loud that you can barely get good sleep unless you turn it off but then you’re subjected to being over heated

Will stay here again.

Breakfast was lacking. Did not have enough food fast enough to meet the demand. Sausage did not look fully cooked when it finally showed up.

It was fine. Not super nice but not terrible either. Breakfast was small.

Nice facility. Rooms are decent.

Our first room smelt heavily of pot. They did get us a new room and that’s not the staff’s fault that it smelt like that. But it was gross. Also, the pics show no carpet in the rooms but ours were carpeted.

very clean, would stay again

Free breakfast is always nice. The room was clean. the bed was comfy. perfect spot for a stop on our way home. fairly priced. we didn't use the pool, but it was open and looked nice.

check in time is 4pm. We were aware of this so I'm not complaining. Most motels if you are early and the room is ready they will check you in early. they stick to the 4pm check-in.

We enjoyed our stay at Clarion Pointe.

I liked the property was well maintained, our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was good.

Not a good experience this time.

Always clean, beds are very comfortable.

There was some really rowdy people this weekend. We were awoken at 3am with people yelling outside of our door. Also neighbors were very loud. Your elevator really needs work also.

Everything was great so clean and comfortable.

A group of workers on same floor making loud noise banging on doors til late at night and then started at 6am. I did talk to the desk clerks about this.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel is recently update and has a warm vibe. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The night staff and day staff were really great. I would def stay here again.

Good overall, staff needs to pay attention to cleanliness

Location, lobby&beds.

When we got there our fridge had leftover food from the prior guest. Half a sandwich, a bottle of water and ice cream in the freezer. Also the floor had trash between the beds.

Would highly reccommend!

We were coming from a bad Airbnb experience. The location was great, the room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was above our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This will be our place to stay the next time we are in the area.

Great stay. Exactly as promised.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Everything was exactly as described on Booking.com

All little things. Toilet paper was almost out, but there was another roll nearby. Conditioner dispenser in shower was empty. Lights in bathroom a little too bright with no option to turn some of them off.

Didn't end up staying.

Check in smooth, front desk staff friendly. Elevator had dried liquid on the floor. Were given a room that wasn't cleaned. Dirty towels in bath, bed and room not cleaned from previous guests. Returned to front desk to request a refund and left.

Convenient to Sylva and WCU, immaculate and comfy, AND a great value

I‘ve stayed at almost every hotel in the area over the last 4 years while visiting my son, a student at Western Carolina University. This hotel really exceeded my expectations. While properties closer to the university or in downtown Sylva were either ridiculously expensive or just plain run down, most of the nicer and more reasonably priced options were one or even two exits south of Sylva. This hotel is RIGHT off US-74 just outside Sylva, so quite close to access both the campus in Cullowhee AND good food options in Sylva. It’s also extremely easy to find, very quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Just a terrific experience all around. It took trying out a ton of hotels, but this one‘s a keeper!
