Easily accessible to close shops and the freeway

The smell in the rooms were horrible. We had used towels. No ice machines on my floor. Housekeeper went into my room while I was out, took the shower mat and closed the blinds. Nothing else was completed while the housekeeper was in there

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable,thank you for the hospitality.

The property was a suite and we had our own refrigerator and freezer to put food that needed to be kept cold. it was such a blessing.

Don't expect to charge your EV overnight.

There's nothing that stood out.

I booked this stay specifically because the front desk person I spoke with assured me the EV charging spaces are blocked off and would be available to me upon check-in. When I arrived, the night manager had given up the charging spaces to gas powered vehicles which to some people might not be a big deal, but if I parked my electric vehicle in front of a gas pump and shrugged and said sorry, that would be ridiculous. The fact that the front desk girl had nothing to say except for sorry with a crooked smile really set a bad tone. When you drive all day and arrive at your hotel and think I can finally put my family in bed and charge the car so we can continue our journey tomorrow, that's completely interrupted when there's nowhere to even park or charge.

Always a pleasant experience.

I love the location and the cleanliness of this property. I like that it has spacious rooms and a little kitchenette. This is my third time staying at this hotel while visiting my son who is at Fort Bliss. Each time has been a very good experience and I will recommend them over and over. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because our dishwasher would not run and on one occasion when housekeeping came in they made the bed, but did not empty our full kitchen trash can. The staff is wonderful and always very courteous.

A good time!

Accomodations were great and the staff was wonderful!!

The bathroom door was kinda loose and wouldn't close. The a/c wasn't as cold as we like.

It had a counter and a fridge

The bathroom door was a slide door and there absolutely no was to lock it cause it didnt have a lock, plus if someone stood close enough to it you could be seen taking a shower or on the toilet, what ever happened to privacy? Also I guess any key will open all rooms cause 1st housekeeping just came in without hesitation or even knocking, they only said "housekeeping" and the door and they were half way through the door, then an hour later some random person just opened the door with their key and was shocked to realize her family wasnt there and of course we were shocked to see a stranger just open the door out of nowhere.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean.

Very clean, front desk agents very friendly and professional. Free breakfast was very good.

The shower fixtures were loose off the wall, but worked ok. Desk was very accommodating about looking into it.

The kitchenette area was nice. The room was a good size. Beds were comfy.

We did not like how the bathroom door was a sliding one. Fingers could get caught and the door never stayed shut all the way.
