Musty, moldy, smelly

Right off the highway.

It smelled awful in the rooms and hallway like mold and musty. It was not comfortable or homey at all. The laundry closed at 9 and they wouldn’t let us stay up to do laundry.

Very good

Everything, they never disappoint us! We have been coming here for many years. With no plains in stopping. This was a trip for our Granddaughter Birthday. So she could go swimming ! The only thing that disappointed her was going home! Thank all!

Poor

When we checked in there was Doritos crumbs on one bed and they other bed was broken. My husband sat on the bed and the other end flow up in the air, on the floor was a broken piece of the bed. The floor was covered in dirt and a used hair band. The toilet over flowed and leaked all over the bathroom floor. We was scheduled to stay 2 nights but we left and only stayed for 1 night, and that was a night too many.

Everything looked fresh, new carpet. The bathroom door hinges were rusted and staining the wall.

Location was perfect

Beds to high for my wife - had to go out and buy a stool

The best hotel/motel we experienced on our three week driving vacation across the USA.

The hotel provided excellent value and far exceeded our expectations in all categories for the $80-$90 dollar per night range compared to other hotel/motels we stayed in previously.

Sheer drapes - black out curtains would be the only improvement I could recommend (but it didn't impact us as we were leaving very early in the morning.

Property needs Attention

Michael at the front desk was great and very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. The jacuzzi tub in the room was old but nice to unwind in.

The hotel is very outdated. Walls and bathroom door needs painting. Bathroom was very tiny. The room smelled old. The hot breakfast only offered eggs and gravy and waffles. I killed a small bug in the bathroom which resembled a roach. The heating/ac unit was pretty noisy. The TV was old and picture was dark.

Cambridge, Ohio Baymont hotel.

Friendly staff, good location. quiet at night, nice pool, hot breakfast.

The hot tub needed some TLC. The water was very foamy, usually an indicator of chemical imbalance.

A lovely, restful stay at a reasonable price.

Great staff. Easy to find location. Lovely pool and hot tub. Comfy bed.

Room decor seemed average. Room seemed to warm up more from the afternoon sun than the heater.

A/C was extremely loud, like it was on it's last leg. Hair dryer would not work in my room, the refrigerator nor the microwave worked in my son's room, toilet was dirty as well.

Had kids with me, so pool area was key. Also, hot continental breakfast was excellent.

Stayed there in the past,this time very disappointed about second night with no fresh linens and tow

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect, Is very close to the highway to reach our destinations.

Our return for our 2nd night stay, the was not serviced.Beds were not made with fresh linens and towels were not replaced. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels for showers.
