Don’t think I’ll use Booking.com again

Close to natural bridge

Gave us 2nd floor and wouldn’t Change it bc I booked through Booking.com. I have CoPD and there was no elevators

Nothing.

The property was in a neighborhood that was a blight. Houses with trash on the front porch, broken windows. A disaster. Did not stay there. Unsafe appearance. Would urge that this property be taken off of booking.com Total disaster and I had to find another hotel.

Convenient location near the interstate highway.

The carpets are dirty and need to be replaced.

Overall it was a good stay!

On/off highway, in same parking lot as Dairy Queen, gas station, and Applebees

Found a few bugs- one in shower, one in bathroom, one on the floor near bed

Nice place,ck guy was amazing even offered to carry our bags up stairs if we needed help caz no elev

Everything was great

Breakfast was ok but brought out Muffins at 830 an breakfast starts at 630 to 930 she kept starring at everyone not smiling felt like we should be there

Exceptional

My favorite parts were the wonderful helpful and friendly staff members.

They ran out of breakfast milk for 1 of the 5 days I was there.

The location was good. Within a 20 min drive of everything we wanted to do.

The bed was a to firm. Woke up each morning to a sore back and shoulders. Feel the mattresses should be a little firm but not to firm.

it was close to my venue. good value. staff was very friendly and helpful!!

the bed was not comfortable, felt worn out. stains on fabric and visible rust around door jams was bothersome. mold around tub was unsightly too. just seems like it needs to be renovated and updated.

Simple place to stay!

Adequate parking spaces partly surrounded by trees and open environs. Reasonable place for the ROOM RATE.

Old facilities, same BF every day (we stayed 4 nights) ! Staffers are just ordinary so so but we did not expect much anyway!!

Staff was friendly and helpful with what there was to do around the area. Everything was near and clean. It was very quit and pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Loved my stay.
