Be aware of theft in the accommodation.

The beds were ok, the room was spacious, air con worked fine.

How to start… communication pre arrival was tough as they didn’t respond any messages. Once arrived, we found cockroaches the first night in our room, so they changed our room the next day. My partner’s phone “disappeared” and we got no help at all even though there are cameras in the outdoor area where it was “lost”. So we have to think we had bad luck and they could do nothing… It’s never a good sign to lose something valuable in an accommodation, so be aware!

Great stay for my medical recovery and a property with incredible location

Of course…the proximity to the beach and boardwalk

A/c unit in living room was needing service and the poor quality of sleeper sofa which was reason for selecting the unit. We needed a second sleeping area. Could not sleep on that sofa for the poor mattress and support bars into your back. My caregiver friend ended up just sleeping on the seating area of other regular sofa.

Great in every respect

Value for money, one block from the beach, exceptionally clean and very friendly helpful staff. Sophia was just lovely.

Definitely planning to return with the children and grandkids.

This was like a visit to my youth. Their rooms were immaculate. The beach was 2 minutes away. So were a strip of warm and cosy shops and restaurants.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

This place is a hidden gem, it was super clean inside and out. It was so relaxing sitting by the little fountain outside. The owners and staff were so friendly.. We loved that it was just a few steps and we were on the walkway. We are definitely staying there again in the future

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. It took more than an hour for someone to give us our key, with kids waiting in the car (office door was locked). Fortunately an employee was kind enough to make phone calls and get us our key.

Never Again (cockroaches everywhere)

Couldn't enjoy COCKROACHES !

This place is infested with Cockroaches...coming out of microwave. the outlets under the table etc.. It was disgusting ! Had to stay twice there because of the no cancellation policy. Glad I got there late on the 13th only had to spend 5 hours there. Stayed here many times with my family in the past no problems no roaches. What a waste of money and vacation time' Very disappointed

Ver old, low quality, smelly building

The location was great but this was the only positive aspect of this hotel

The pictures are misleading. The building is really old as well as anything in the room. There is a strong smell of humidity and scratched paint on the walls. Doors and windows are low quality with no sound insulation. Towels are so old that their colors are fading and the texture is scratchy. When one enters the room, the space looks sad. I won’t recommend this place.

I loved the Eclectic atmosphere of this little hotel and the ease of access to the beach. Location was perfect. Very clean!

Tiny Room, bed mattress old and dipping in the middle. Parking was not good!!

I liked that the apartment was spacious and private.

The only thing I didn't like is that there was a little bit of sand on the bed sheets and it had a slight dirt stain, but it wasn't a big deal. The sheets did smell clean.

Convenient, clean & basic comfort. Not the Ritz.

the location was excellent, steps to beach & restaurants. Convenient for a pre-cruise overnight stay, The room was very basic but clean. Very helpful front office staff.

No towel racks near sink or counter space. Kitchen microwave handle broken ( didn't need anyway). Some inconsiderate Guest was playing loud music outside on patio near room at night (we had a long flight & wanted to sleep),

The most cozy, comfortable, quaint, and adorable spring break location!

My two best friends and I stayed here for our college spring break vacay. The staff was so accomodating and the villas exceeded our expectations. It is RIGHT next to gorgeous Hollywood Beach and provides a cozy, commune-like area to relax in the shade. The photos don't do it justice! Plus it's so inexpensive!

Did not get the room as advertised, had a much smaller space than what was represented. Loud street. Air conditioner was very loud and not very effective.
