Lack of care for safety.

Location was about the only thing decent. I needed to be nearby work.

The night lady Kelly at the front desk, has lack of interest for your safety. My husband has a medical issue and I couldn’t reach him. I asked her and the man on staff to help me check on him and I could hear her screaming and swearing in the background like it was a huge inconvenience to her. He was also my ride home from work. I work in the medical field and these staff members couldn’t care less about us or the situation. They were not going to check in on him and leave me stranded in the dark in the middle of the night. Instead the belittled me and I had up nearly beg for them to look in on my husband. Both should be terminated.

Great customer service with front desk employees

Carpets were soiled. I laid the bath towels on the carpet so as not to touch my bare feet to the soiled carpet.

The name Wyndam led us to expect a much nicer facility.

The front desk person was very friendly. The bed was comfortable enough.

The bathroom ceiling was falling in over the shower area. There was just a sink with no counter around it for setting toiletries. The blanket looked like a second-hand store reject.

Location

We had dog food on our carpet from someone else. The noise at night was difficult to sleep. The hairdryer was broken. Our door had problems closing. The main office was dirty at the desk and the handles and glass in the office were filthy. Why did we stay? Too late to change plans and other places were booked. I’ve never written a bad review. When I mentioned to the people at the desk in the morning they put their heads down.

The staff were great!!! The beds were very comfortable.

There was no refrigerator or microwave. The room was dated. Couldn't get shower turned on so had to call for housekeeping. She came pretty quickly. You had to pull on the knob harder than normal

nice stay for price

staff was nice good location. I had stayed here before. The hotel is about 5 miles from a major shopping area.

The breakfast was not up to my standard pretty basic no fruit

Gypsys rates this place a super 8!

The staff was amazing very helpful from check in to check out. I felt safe at night and slept like i was on a cloud.very comfortable bed. Thank you !

The hotel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend - still was pretty expensive. Employees were nice and helpful but bathrooms are old and not clean. The rest of the room was comfortable. Beware that we hear the noises around from everyone getting in and out of their rooms and talking outside. A plus: white river is a really nice small towns with lots of great restaurants around!

Needs a complete renovation but fairly cheap

The room was reasonably clean and the WiFi was good.

The common areas were dirty and dated. To get to my room I had to go outside on a balcony and the lighting was very poor and hard to see the room numbers. Everything about the place was tired and dated.

I booked a room with a queen bed and they gave us a room with a double bed. When I went back to the reception to correct this mistake they first asked us to pay extra but then they said they “realized” the mistake and gave us a room with a queen bed. Well it was still a room with a double bed. Not recommending this place at all.

We, literally, opened the door, took in the smell of the room, closed the door, and drove away. We did not pass by the lobby to return the key. We did not look back.
