Don’t forget to ask for towel before you shower, definitely make sure you lock your vehicle and keep an extra eye on you

Great price, pretty quiet, and clean.

Wasn’t a place that you feel comfortable to accidentally forget to lock your car or allow your teen daughter to walk around.

This was the worse ever in my life

I didnt like anything about it. outside smelled like weed the room was really dirty and had a roach in the drawer and i killed 2 others in the room. toilet was cloged and the shower had black water. i want a refund

It could of been better if the room was spotless and no roaches no problems with the bathroom and the smell of weed. i was very embarrassed bringing someone here.

I wouldn’t book anything more from this chain again.

The female that worked the front desk the morning after the disaster. She was very welcoming.

Upon entering the room one of the Residents asked if I had sleeping pills. When we opened the door the smell was horrendous. We stepped inside and the entire place was dirty. The bed felt like it had rocks in it. The refrigerator was sitting in the room broken. The roaches were crawling all over the place.

Needs a lot of improvement and cleaning.

the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was not as clean as it could be the floor was filthy there was no hot water in the shower or bathroom sink the whole stay even after complaining all they offered was a change of room which I did not want as I already unpacked and cleaned the room myself the windows were filthy and you couldn’t see out of one of them and not double glazed so the noise from traffic as it was next to a major road was terrible the lift and stairways were filthy would not recommend without major improvement also it’s not a hotel as people live there there was loud music and people rowing outside on the weekends and it did not feel like a safe area !!!!

A frustrating experience.

almost nothing. The service from staff was OK but the facility was a disaser.

The room was not prepared. There was only one chair and one set of towels for the two of us. The stove and microwave did not work. The floor was unswept and there were roaches. We were offered two alternative rooms. Niether was acceptable. Among the problems with these two rooms werer a faulty smoke alarm, faulty refrigerator, microwave and AC, and no TV. They also had dirty floors and roaches. We stayed one night of the 5 nights we booked, only because it was too late to go anywhere else at the time. Checked out the next morning.

What breakfast?

Room was not cleaned. No pillows or sheets on bed. The bed looked like it belonged in a brothel from the stains all over it... roaches and ants everywhere. Sink was clogged and the ac had mold. Probably the most ghetto place I have ever stayed.

The room smelled like smoke, the sink was clothed. floor dirty bed had women hair and the lights had spider web. Had to buy febreze to try to kill the smell and it didn't work. The microwave didn't work. very bad experience.

The location wasn't bad. Close to where we were going.

The elevator doesn't work right. Loud noises come from it. The room wasn't cleaned all the way. Sink had trash in it and the shower floor was dirty. There was left over food in the fridge. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no towels . The t.v. didn't work the 2 days we were there. Was told it was dobto the antenna but the rooms next to me had t.v. Tryed to call the help desk on the phone int the room and it wasn't even plugged in, there wasn't even a cord on tge phone to plug it in the wall. When I called the help desk from my own phone was told there was no one there that could look at it till the next day. When I got back to the hotel the next day still no t.v. no towels or toilet paper. Again called from my phone and the same guy said they tryed to call me on the hot phone but I didn't answer. Maybe cause it's not plugged in...

will never stay here again

absolutely nothing. cannot believe booking.com is part of renting these rooms out. very disappointed; we tried seeing the positive all the time but just couldn’t the only good thing was the fridge

everything ac not working dirty front desk horrible customer service one towel two pillows no toiletries no toilet paper weed smell a small roach in the bathroom when I asked for one more towel they said no ; even though I told them we’d were two they said to use one and bring the dirty one back and I can exchange for a clean one HORRIBLE DID I SAY HORRIBLE!!!!!

I booked thus hotel for my 10 year old who was turning 11 and our trip was ruined because you guys didn't have enough rooms and were overbooked ...I could not find another room in Orlando that would fit my budget ..just messed up my whole weekend what a tragedy

Felt very very unsafe

Lady at the front desk was nice, but the Motel is extremely ran down.

Motel is extremely ran down. flooding in multiple rooms, no towels to give guests. A lot of drug and alcohol abuse. No one is monitoring the property.

Everything. Thank God it was only one night stay. A roach running around the room. The bathroom was so nasty. My husband & I didn't touch anything. Its a good thing we always walk with our own linens even if it's a resort.

I was disabled and they took advantage of me

Nothing-disgusting, dirty un safe I booked an ADA room and then they asked me to give it up for somebody else disabled after I checked in really terribly manners

Room should have had linens, towels, 1 towel in the room. I had a ADA room which was not ADA compliant- called Red Roof customer care-Amy, she said I should give the GM a “few days “ to correct issues!?! No microwave, stove top not working, big old roache bait on the kitchen counter! REALLY? Division of hotels will be called and also state ATA compliance… I gave the GM and redroof the chance to make it right , never heard happened…I’m not sure they have a GM at this property because every time I tried there was no manager.

location to Hwy 50

musty smell, shower very dirty & fixture corroded, appliances dirty. floor & baseboards very dirty. countertop very dirty. insect infestation. sheets not clean & stained. tv service not working. no toilet paper products. we left at 2:30 to sleep in my vehicle. so disgusted we just wanted to leave.
