Room old and dirty (carpeting, curtains, bathtub). Air conditioner extremely loud.

Location is very good.

Carpet dirty and stained; curtains were rags - no privacy on first floor unless curtains are closed; bathroom tub had peeling paint; pillows were small and uncomfortable; no service to room during a full week stay (got clean towels from front desk). The room air conditioner was extremely loud. Overpriced for condition and amenities.

The location is awesome

anytime and anywhere inside the facility smells disgusting weed! and it said breakfast included but breakfast just was some coffee and cupcakes and no more!

I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I BOOK ROOMS FOR THE MEN WORKING ON POWERLINES LATE AT NIGHT

THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE WHEN AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN AND ITS A MESS

Location

The place was dirty. The halls were dark and dirty floors. The room was ok but the TV didn't work. Called the attendant but she asked me to call a number to have it fixed!! Called again on day time and he said, don't think it's going to be fixed and promised 30% discount for 3 days but later gave $25 refund. The breakfast was pretty bad as it was just some muffins and bars and coffee. Coffee was not available 2 days when I went to get the breakfast! Attendant was not at the front office a couple of times! Seems like there was a serious shortage of staff!

Hotel stay was overall good and we will definitely continue to book with Extended Stay.

Great staff and clean hotel/room. I also liked that you need a key to get in through the front doors late at night. made me feel safe.

We only had 1 large towel and 1 small towel. Called for towels and front desk said they would bring some up, but never did. came back to hotel after 1am, didn’t get her name but I called and she brought us more towels. It wasn’t really an issue, just a heads up :)

Not happy, did not meet the standard of other Extended stay locations.

Was not happy with the cleanliness. Only stayed one day. Spoke to desk clerk and he said a refund will be credited back.

It just did not seem very clean. Hair on the bathroom floor.

Excellent customer service! Assistant Manager went the extra mile!

Excellent customer service at Glendale location! Assistant Manager Isai made sure my room and stay was comfortable, he went the extra mile. Very convenient, fast check-in 👍

The location was great. It was a fairly reasonable value although a bit outdated. The room was average but clean.

The elevator didn't work, no ice machine and breakfast was advertised online but not available due to covid.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It served its purpose. Staff nice and helpful.

In my stay both elevators were not working. The stairs were not clearly marked and the key entry to the stairs, which would have made it easier to access, from the outside was not working. To get to the stairs from the inside was like going thru a maze.
