convenient location

centipede in bathroom and the AC/heating unit did not turn on

Poor

Clean, good location

Bed was horrible. Looked to be new, but I would have slept better on concrete floor - and have. Been weeks and my wife’s back STILL hurts! When I went to have the breakfast, not only was it not stocked, the little pancakes from their machine were sour - the batter had obviously not been refrigerated. Disgusting!

Best little Inn of Goddard

Very clean rooms a facilities. Pretty comfortable beds. Clean and comfortable a/c units. Clean breakfast dining room. Nice staff.

Lots of cigarette butts in parking lot gravelled area in front of 106/107. Washer dryer out of use due to a roofer getting tar all over inside of machines.

I would have given my stay an excellent rating if the customer service when i checked in was better

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable. The price of my stay was excellent. The location for what i was in Goddard for was perfect.

The person that checked me in, acted annoyed that i was interrupting him when I was checking in. I had the feeling that he really cared less if I was there or not.

Quiet and all I needed on my trip.

The breakfast was all I needed for a quick start to the day. The area was clean and well stocked. I appreciated that there was more than a dirt patch to walk my dog.

Decent value to to would likely choose another hotel if I’m in the area again.

Private, clean, RV parking on gravel.

Firm bed gave me back ache. No restaurants within walking distance except fast food.

Convenient to the venue location we needed attend.

The beds should be replaced. We had 3 rooms. One king bed was totally trash you could see the impression that someone had slept in for years ! One king was extremely hard. One room 2 queens ; one queen had two zip on mattress toppers on it. They weren’t made for this mattress. They would not stay on the bed. Totally unacceptable. The linens were all clean and new. The carpets needed cleaned. They need to vacuum around the edges of the rooms. It was a small property and it seemed to be only family working there. They were cleaning the parking lot often. We didn’t go into the breakfast and we did not see any bugs.

Needs to be updated. 4 bugs in the room in February! Dirty! I had to clean the exhaust fan intake, full of crud. Carpet and chair seats were disgustingly dirty.

I guess if the room furnishings were fairly decent nice size TV Great bathroom spacious enough

These rooms for seriously seriously overpriced I paid $75 for the room for the night that was $13 more then my stay at the Howard Johnson which is a way better hotel there's a problem with that picture the staff was horribly slow it took me like 20 minutes to check into my room all in all I'd probably not stay there again

I might stay again if ever in that vicinity, but would probably elect to stay in the nearest town.

The location was very good. Easy to find and convenient to other businesses. The room was clean, a/c worked excep-tionally well.

The bathroom sink was loose from the wall and looked as if it was ready to fall at any moment. Fortunately it did not. The breakfast was very limited. Considering the price, a swimming pool would have been nice.
