Location
We had a scheduled power outage that lasted the entire day for one day of the stay. We were not aware of this until we arrived and were not compensated for any loss of food or the days stay for the event.

Staying at the Heidelberg Inn was amazing! It was a very central location next to all the restaurants and the ski resort. Very family-friendly and we loved the ice cream and movie night they had for the kiddos while we stayed. The rooms were a good size and included a kitchenette. The kids loved the game room and sitting by the fireplace.

Mattress was just ok, needs to be replaced as it felt old.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Half a block from restaurants and 5 minutes from the main highway 395. It came with a fully equipped kitchen and a standard size fridge with a large freezer.
Not too much.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean
Terrible Mattress. Didn't get much rest. Taking luggage up the long stairs was a chore. This was a time share hotel which in my opinion was a negative for nightly guests. No breakfast was served. Seamed like the season was ending and it showed.

Gorgeous setting, wonderful history, walking distance to everything, lovely patio for enjoying a beverage before sunset, and pleasant staff. The unit had a well set-up kitchen, and the bathroom was recently updated. The hotel was very quiet at night; appreciated after long days sightseeing and hiking!
Our one bedroom condo was a bit “tired”; the furniture was outdated, carpet should be replaced soon, and the windows are over due for cleaning/replacement.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Other residents were friendly. Great location in town.
The property was not as advertised. the photos of the hot tub area is outdated - the actual hot tub is much smaller and in a different location. The photos make it seem like each room has a private balcony/outdoor space - ours did not and in fact not many rooms had this except a small handful. The listing says this property has air conditioning - our room did not and given the nearby fire and poor air quality it was not safe to keep our windows open all the time. our room was super hot and we couldn’t sleep, even with the loud box fan they provided when we inquired about the heat and lack of air conditioning. our room also had a very awkward set up and wasn’t very functional.

Beautiful place close to all the shops and lake. Rooms was actually 2br condo with kitchen and living room. Very cool old school lodge.

I liked the location. June lake on its own is a nice location. Great coffee and necessities are not too far away in mammoth lakes area too. I liked the location and the room layout. I'm usually wary of being in the first floor, but that wasn't an issue. Doing laundry on site was a breeze.
No AC or better designed airflow. I get that it cools down quite a bit at night and doesn't get particularly hot during the day. However, it takes a while to cool down the room with just fans. There seemed to usually be a breeze, there must be some way to capture that. Ants, bees and many other animals have figured it out. We did arrive late, so no on site food options and few local ones was a slight hassle.
