The area was nice
The hotel was dirty , room not clean, carpet stains , over charged minimum customer service.

Location was great. it’s right across the street from Costco which was convenient. The bed was comfy, but only had 3 very flat pillows. Clean.
There was a pungent smell in the hallways, elevator and lobby the whole time we were there. The pillows were flat and needed replacing. Beware: this place was advertised to include breakfast, but what you get is a grab & go of coffee, hot water for tea, muffins, oatmeal or bar. No bottles water. The staff was less than helpful and very unfriendly the whole time. The outside hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed the whole stay here.

the stuff worked out something for me

There was not much to like at all, really. My experience was poor quality. I couldn’t wait to leave. Everywhere smelled like smoke, some of the staff were rude, and there was no manager on-site.
There needs to be more staff workers with better attitude and a manager on-site. When a time is reserved for check-in in the evening time and the front door is locked, a staff member should be readily available to open the door to let the guest in so that the guest is not left out in the dark and freezing cold. That is dangerous. There should be a shuttle service for what is being charged to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was poor for what I’m paying for to stay at the hotel. There is no complementary water for the guest. Everywhere smelled like smoke.

overbooked the hotel and wouldn’t allow me to stay. had to spend extra $200 to get another room at another hotel.

Staff. Location. Clean
The WiFi went out every 5-10 minutes. I literally counted because it was so often. Smh. The breakfast was only choices of stale muffins, granola bars or microwaveable grit packages. I definitely felt I could’ve stayed somewhere better for the pricing and what was offered.

convenient location
stained old counter tops. old blankets and comforters, old furniture, an unpleasant smell in the room that they could not get rid of

The hotel is near the festival front gate entrance. This made it possible for me to go solo to shaky knees festival. The hotel is near the coffee shop called love coffee. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance as well as a walmart. I was lacking nothing.
Parking lot was crowded. I wish I had a flying car and a harem of gorgeous women (redheads if you can manage...)! Can I get that next time? Kidding! I don't have any real complaints. I guess I have to keep typing to satisfy the minimum character requirements.

Nothing
Property really dirty , appliances out dated , rooms are not attended to after another person checks out. This property has extreme mold, the receptionist mentioned that “they aren’t a normal hotel , so you have to change your own sheets if they have them available”. 100% do not recommend.

The staff was very nice.. Eventho in middle of laundry Peace made it I priority to prepare utensils for me. Another staff member went upstairs to check up on a room for me just because I really needed to get in there early check in. The staff really cares about the people
It was all good . I wish there was more information in the room about where to put trash brush. Or that there was coffee served in the morning downstairs.

Location was very nice. For a one night trip getaway from south Georgia to sandy springs area location is beautiful.
Well I didn't like smell coming in and the multiple smells in the hallway. Also, the walls are thin so I could hear others tvs loud talking and someone walking with heavy feet above my room.
3.1
The location and the service at the desk. Also, the room.
Had some noise in the hall. There was also some trash that needed to be taken out in a common area
