Not bad but could be better!

Convenient location to daughters college

Room wasn’t cleaned properly found food and candy by the bed and nightstand from previous guest

Disappointing for sure.

The rooms were filthy And I say rooms because we asked for a room change after we saw the conditions of the first room. The second was no different. The rooms were obviously not cleaned at all. Food on the floor, shoe marks on the bed, ants in the bed and more. Had to switch hotels.

Overall my stay was good, I enjoyed the privacy.

The location.

The sofa in the room was outdated and stained. The room door didn’t make me feel to secure it had rust and looked bad. The light breakfast was just cereal bread and coffee.

I liked the location.

The carpet you can literally see the dust. And the breakfast should be called free breakfast. As it isn't its just complimentary tea and coffee there's no actual hot breakfast. I had to ask for new sheets cuz it was visible dirt. Also the furniture is super old. And there is little spots of mold around.

If your not looking for comfort and just a place to sleep for the night this place works I guess

The a/c worked, the tv worked, the sheets were clean ( anything above the sheets came off ASAP). It was very close to the highway, mall and places to eat. Oh there also weren't any bed bugs, fleas or roaches which honestly when I got to my room I inspected for cuz well you would to if you saw it. 😉

The deposit was actually $100 when I thought it was 50. You get what you pay for that is for sure. There was a boil water advisory but no other water was provided. Needs renovation BADDDDD!!

Wasn't the best for sure

How close it was to everything. The bedding looked clean. Comfortable bed.

There was sticky stuff on the table. The coffee pot and ice container had so much dust on it. The washclothes had stains on them and small black hairs. Not super happy about that.

Exceptional

Had a great stay with family. Stayed for the night before heading out to the Catskills for some scenery and snowboarding. No frills, good price, clean room, easy access to food and drinks nearby and service at front desk was excellent. Breakfast was good too.

A little dated but not a dealbreaker.
