Overall, very happy with the accommodations.

Room, location, amenities, staff, pleasant courtyard and area

Maintenance: baseboard trim falling off in the bathroom; seal between shower head and pipe leaks, sprays up on the ceiling. I put a washcloth over it so it would drip into the tub and not damage the ceiling sheetrock. I would like to have had a hair dryer as one of the amenities--consider it more important than an iron.

Staff helped me work through a variety of problems. They were great

I had a problem with booking not making the reservation and then not refunding me. The staff were fantastic!

I would book directly with the hotel next time. They told me if I just called them, they would have matched the online price

clean rooms, stove and nice fridge

got charged for the room twice once before I stayed and another at the location. After bringing it up to a staff member, they were surprised the person who checked us in charged us again so she refunded us. Still waiting on the refund.

it was outdated dirty and ran down. the breakfast was ok but the hot water they provided for the breakfast had all kind of stuff floating in it!!

I did not like that there was no carpet in the rooms. Also, the hallways needed to be vacuumed Bad

The management staff needs to vacuum the lobby area and all hallways. It look like they may vacuum once a month if that much. "Terrible"

Good hotel at a good price.

The room was clean and what I expected. This place is the same as the other Extended Stay Americas I have stayed at.

The manager tried to charge me for a day I did not stay. I had to ask for a change and he was not happy about it.

Good price, great location, would stay here again.

Coffee was good, location was by many places. I enjoy the fridge and microwave in the room as well.

Could hear people walking a lot upstairs. It was just a little out dated, would have liked to see a bigger tv with more channel options.

Suited my needs for the time in Valencia

The staff were extremely willing to help.

There were papers strewn on the floor. Used toiletries on the elevator floor. The dark hardwood floors in the foyer and elevator looked dark and grundgy and needed be refurbished. Too much trash strewn around the parking lot. Person blasted loud rap music outside my window. Staff admitted that they have tried repeatedly to stop this even to the point of calling the sherrif. By the time the deputies arrive, the people blasting the music flee the scene. The staff admitted that they are helpless. It is an ongoing problem at this location.

It was a fine night stay for one night

I was moving from AZ to CA. I got a flat tire that day and needed a room for the night because took until 3pm, and I didn't want to drive late. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet. .

Window needs to be fixed though. I tried to open, and it sort of pulled away from frame, AND it was bottom floor, so I didn't feel 100% safe. Front door to room does not close 100% properly.
