no breakfast as advertised

Advertised continental breakfast but there wasn’t one.

Even though a few things might need an update, it was super clean. The staff was very nice and they are doing the best they can. It is hard since so many people have not returned to work. I enjoy my stay. They currently don't have breakfast because of Covid, but there was a Dennys nearby. Excellent value.

Walls rotting out. Bed was hard as a rock pillows were bad. Lots of bugs everywhere. Bathrooms were gross nobody dared to us the shower. One room looked as if the ceiling was gonna cave

Very dirty room, facility in really bad condition, looks like they try to make money untill building will destroyed itself and don't want to spend even cent on repair or cleaning. Also it says breakfast included, but it is not. So high price for so terrible hotel.

It was late and there was an accident on I-80 and when I called,instead of brushing me off,the clerk looked and saw 2 cancellations and I appreciated her effort

It was run down, rooms were not clean, even though the rooms were non-smoking they smelled like ashtrays

The bed was great!!

The floor in the room needed to be vacuumed, the tub didn't look very clean, the air conditioner was very noisy. They advertise breakfast, blamed covid for no breakfast, could have done a to go bag, many other hotel do. The sign on I-80 says take exit 115, I was supposed to take 111, there are no signs indicating to take exit 111.

Bed was comfortable

Floor damage cause the Floor to buckle up by the front door was very difficult to open. Room smelled of carpet freshener to cover up the mildew smell. There was a big bubble apparently water from upstairs that was above the door jamb and ceiling and along the front of that door jamb before the bathroom sink. It looks as if the water damage ran down the front of the door jam about two to three inches wide and that areA the paint had bubbled and chipped. The toilet was loose slow drainage in the bathroom sink was slow Bathroom door woulfn:t close for privacy. People hanging outside, woman doing favors for a man in the parking lot in front of our window. Advertisement for the hotel said, "Free breakfast" however the clerk said "here no vendors s NO there's no breakfast The area didn't look that great and our truck was loaded with household items and personal belongings so we did not get good sleep because we were afraid people are going to be taking stuff out of our truck SO WE GOT UP 6 X'S CHECKING.. So we did not get a restful sleep. On a positive note the bed comfortable. Not worth the price we paid, a waste of money and unhealthy sleep who knows what we we're breathing in I had to keep my nose covered...

The staff was stellar! They honored my request for a downstairs room, and provided a ceramic cup and silverware to eat and drink my takeout food. Very kind and courteous!

The place is slightly dated. Could use an upgrade in the decor and bedding.

The staff was great! Willing to help us w our tv issue and she was so friendly and very sweet to our infant son.

It was just a dirty feeling. We asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The bathroom is outdated and there was hair in the tub when my daughter tried to bathe. Beds were made up nicely but not comfortable.

Bed was comfy and staff was very friendly

The sheets were dirty and had other people's hair on them.
