Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen!

Gutes Hotel

Zimmer waren ganz ok, lediglich der strassenlärm am Abend war etwas laut da sich gegenüber eine Baustelle und ein freeware befindet! ( es liegen aber im Zimmer passende ohrstöpsel bereit 🤣! Das Frühstück is ausreichend und gut! Der Pool sauber! Wer nicht ganz so lärmempfindlich ist wird trotzdem gut schlafen!

Very clean, bed was comfy. Water pressure was fantastic and great selection on Tv. Free parking.

AC kept showing an error messages and bathroom could get abit wet when showering due to water pressure 😂 location near train tracks and busy road(complimentary ear plugs were given) personally didn’t notice noice but others did

Good value in north Bay

Clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of room for us. Everything worked well, and it wasn’t noisy.

The bed was too soft for my partner, but it was fine for me.

Pleasant for the night and good breakfast.

Room was nice--outside looks can be deceiving! Outside entry--not fond of that. Bed was very comfortable and the room & bathroom were nice--clean. Breakfast was great!

Parking was tight. No local places to eat and scary neighborhood to venture out looking! Pool was not clean--we normally never use pools but noticed that. A utility truck parked for overnight stay pulling out in the morning hitting the small car next to him ripping off the front bumper of the small car. Our van was next to small car---glad it was not us. Be aware of where you park.

Bed and sheets. Location, ease to be quickly by freeway.

Outside passages and stairs need to cleaned regularly. Breakfast room needs to be located closer to pool with windows to view the expansive property.

just okey nothing special to say

No light to the table and also no power outlet. This makes me not able to work with laptop by sitting in the chair and table. I was forced to work by sitting at the bed that is not comfortable at all

Not recommended unless they clean staff

The internet was actually fast!

Was double charged resulting in being negative in the bank resulting in an overdraft fee. The room was not fully cleaned either with stuff behind the desk under the TV. There was a lot of trash. The vending machines were cash only and also they were blocked off.

Pretty bad experience

Location is convenient, but too noisy. The facility hasn’t been kept up to minimize the noise entering into the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is ok.

-There were some trucks (guests) playing loud music in the parking lot and disturbing everyone’s rest. -The bathtub didn’t drain the water down. The cleaning person knows it, but didn’t report it, and if she did, it wasn’t fixed. -Toilet is lose, and when seating on it, feels like it will flip over

Richmond Point location

Everyone coming up the stairs to the second floor looked straight into my room so I had to keep the shade down. Then the room felt like a cell. One slow toaster is not enough for the breakfast crowd.

The price only

The smell of the nearby landfill, seems like an old hotel, exposed wire maybe electrical or TV line in the room on the ceiling. Very poor lighting. Staff wasn't too friendly or responsive after we left and left a pillow with kids toys in the room. They can't find them which seems ridiculous. Either they threw them away or someone kept them and they say they haven't seen anything after checkout. Just disappointing experience.
