NOTHING!!! Maybe location
I can’t say I liked anything about this hotel. I travel across the country and this place was by far the worse place. Dirty, guest appear living there long term, guest pan handling and hotel is out dated. Carpet was full of stains and you’re responsible for taking trash out when you check out. That’s a first for me.
Dirty carpets, comforter, guest living there and pan-handling guest!

The location is excellent and they are pet friendly.
Where to begin.. first off I had originally booked thru hotels. Com and a day before my trip found the same room at this hotel almost $100 cheaper. So I cancelled on hotels. com, which clearly states that this hotel does not charge a cancellation fee!! I booked on booking. com, again no change in hotel or room. They ended up charging me a late fee the same price I was going to pay for the room which was over $240. I called and explained and explained and explained only to be told that the website was wrong and they do charge cancellation fees and that the property manager said that I will not be refunded my money even tho I still stayed at her hotel and just booked thru a different site and that she apologizes but that's the end of it. Very rude and unprofessional! So, I got charged a $240 fee and then my new price for the room which was $189. For a one night stay!!! Also, the lady with the red hair and accent at the front is very rude. If you ask her anything she acts like it's a bother. Then, we get in our room and open the fridge and freezer only to be hit with this God awful strong fish smell. I was afraid to put our food that we brought with us in there bc I didn't want that to taste or smell like fish. The phone in the room has the wire from the wall cut. It was just all together such a bad experience! I would stay away from this place. It looks nice on the outside but it's customer service is horrendous and not too clean of a place. Plus they steal your money.

Location.
Customer service at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. She also felt like they didn't even want to me there. I wasn't trying to help at all.

the convenience of the location, close to my friend
the noise all day and night, very hard to sleep, people in rooms next door banging on walls and up top a lot of banging and moving around.

The ONLY redeeming quality what David H at the desk. That young man had just found a DEAD BODY in the hotel that had been rotting for a while. Even though we were very upset he was SO accommodating. He needs a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The fact that there was a dead body that had clearly been rotting for a while, we moved to 3 different rooms to where we could finally not smell death (we also had our dog, who we felt even worse for with his heightened sense of smell I'm sure it was TERRIBLE for him). When we FINALLY got a room that didn't smell horrible, we learned that there was a hotel wide wifi or cable shortage so instead of relaxing and watching TV after that disaster, we sat in silence and went to bed.
I understand that things happen, like death - but if you're booking rooms in a hazardous hotel you should at least offer some kind of refund or partial refund!!!!
The ONLY saving grace for this place was David H at the desk, who was extremely professional and tried everything in his power to rectify the situation (even while he was clearly in shock from finding a decomposing body).
Again, I know its probably not possible, but at least a PARTIAL refund of the almost $200 foul smelling room would be greatly appreciated.

The location
The bathrooms smelled strong of pee, the shower smelled moldy, the staff were not rude but just very unpleasant the first day at check in and the last night when getting more towels.

We didn't sleep at night because of the barking dog next door. The worst part that there's no straight phone number to the front desk which is so ridiculous. I had to go down to knock and yell hard in order to wake up the receptionist!
Breakfast isn't a real breakfast just snacks.
Non smoking room turned out to be smoking weed room, it disgusted me all the way!
There were dirty fingerprints on the fridge. Bed wasn't fresh clean. People don't believe the pictures you see on the website!
So disappointed....

The location
.The staff was never at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes to check out and someone staying at the hotel tried to help me. There was a drunk man roaming around outside that was staying there. There was nothing in the kitchen and no one told me that you had to ask for kitchen supplies

I liked how there was a kitchen .
I didn’t like how my room smelt like cigarettes , my bedroom head board had sticky stuff on it & the sink water kept splashing everywhere when I turned it on .

It wasn't a breakfast, eggs, bacon, ham toast, that is a breakfast.
one more person working in the lobby was needed. Also you need to vacuum under the beds. They were not vacuumed.
