Total shit show dumpster fire on a good day

Nothing drugged out people in the parking lot even seen an ambulance working on an od

The room here is priced to high for the room and the staffing offering .

Only thing I like is that the room comes with stove and refrigerator.

I don't like that they don't come to Check if you need tissue paper or trash bags or the vacuum and the cable TV sucks here they don't have nothing but sho-time and these old TV has bad volume and poor picture quality.

We'll never stay there again.

Booked the room at a certain price when I got there. They said they didn't have that room available and jacked Up the price.. The rooms are trash. The tiles were dirty. The bed sheets and comforter was dirty. Not a hotel you want to stay at. Found the roach in the bathroom

Horrible shouldn't cost $83 for one night if rooms going to be nasty and plus it was a $60 deposit

Twin beds too small and the room was nasty to where I had to clean it with bleach for me to sleep in the room. There was blood on the toilet and in the toilet. I will never stay here again. I thought it was still the same like extended stay but it's not. Old fridge and stove didn't even work us microwave was nasty as well. The room was like nobody cleaned it at all.

It would be nice to clean and house keeper to actually go and place towels

Honestly the customer service was okay

The room smelled like cigarettes really bad, the refrigerator was very dirty the bathroom the cockroaches all over and was horrible but I had no choice I was concerned not to get refunded and not find something else I was visiting my brother who is in the military

the Wifi was ok

The room smelled and was not cleaned for the entire week I was there. It has a kitchenette but nothing was in the cupboards, no utensils, plates or pans. The "breakfast was a choice of 1 of 3 brands of mini granola bars or a packet of instant oatmeal. I had an issue with the shower drain not working and went to the office for help. After being ignored for a few minutes I was acknowledged with a very sarcastic "yes". supported by a disgusted look. I told her the problem and she said she would note it. then when I turned to leave she played an excerpt on her phone about how white people should pay reparations. I felt like she was trying to shame me for being white. Then several days later when I checked out the same employee could not figure out how to work the printer so i could not get a receipt. This hotel seems to be frequented by drug dealers/users. There was a broke down van in front of door that didn't move at all during my stay and it was only used for people to smoke (What I surmised was illegal substances). IF the manager or owner reads this...get it together

Nothing the room I was in it's not even rentable it's infested with roaches and I video them as well the health department needs to close Extended Stay down and you already is aware of the condition of the hotel and you all still rent rooms out it was never about the people it was always about the money I'll rate you all a zero the hotel needs to be demolished and a 500% upgrade it was a living hell

It was disgusting if I show you the videos you wouldn't be asking me these questions you already know the condition of the hotel once again before you run out of room roaches running everywhere all in the bed with us all in the bathroom running all on the kitchen counters you name it it was roaches so don't act surprised y'all are very aware and I don't fault the staff poor management from the owners y'all want the money from us the people but you don't want to invest in your building all that scarred up outdated furniture y'all too high volume for that I guess this is the results that we get after you have triple and double your money it should be a crime

it was nasty and dirty I was told I couldn’t get a refund and I was too far from home. I asked for my room to be clean/ vacuumed and was told that’s not there job. it was bugs in my bathroom.

The only thing I can respond to, is that the staff at the facility did not try to fight, and agreed to the cancellation. The booking.com customer service was also helpful.

I have only used booking.com twice and both times I was disappointed.

The bed and pillows was very comfortable.

Cleanliness. The room wasn't vacuumed, the tub was dirty and had hair in it. Some clorox comet cleaner and scrubbing would have taken care of that.

the people at the front desk meant well

there was roaches everywhere. I had to purchase at least 6 fog bombs, also a vacuum cleaner just to pick up all the dead roaches from the floor. I will Never go back there
