Nice but I would remove folks from hanging outside. Very tacky and unattractive. Everything else was cool.

Probably won't stay again.

the location was good; room location was good for the main floor, parking was OK; liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as the space. Coffee was good.

There was a leak under the faucet in the bathroom, while the maintenance people didn't find it, we were there for 3 days and we wiped up the water. To have to ask for plates and utensils and get them in a tote, was odd; didn't like having to always turn in a towel, to get a towel - awkward. The continental breakfast with granola bars and muffins??

The check in process was inconvenient, took an hour the 1st time I arrived only for the front desk clerk (Yvonne)to ask that I come back to complete then process, when I did return the same problem occurred which took another 30-40 due to the system being down. Later when I got back to call it a night, the mattress was extremely hard and small to the point I woke up at 7am and just left without even washing… I was very disappointed and told the front desk clerk which offered me to reach out to customer service for a refund, I did and still haven’t received any information back regarding my refund. NEVER AGAIN.

The property reeked of marijuana. More residents then hotel guests. People leaving and coming throughout the night. It appeared to be more a hotel for locals to host parties, so drugs and who know what else. Disgraceful. Will never stay at this brand of property again.

Very disappointing...

The receptionist Yvonne was funny.

I've stayed at Extended Stay North (Orange Pl)many times over the years. It's always been a near perfect, if not perfect experience. This was my first and very last time ever staying at Extended Stay South (Orange Pl). The dresser/tv stand looked like someone attacked it with a hammer. Holes all in the top of it. The top blanket was stained. The phone didn't work. Cable was below basic. No cups, coffee maker or anything of that sort in the room. Very disappointing for my bday.

Our stay was ok. It could have been better.

I liked the kitchenette the room provided. I like the refrigerator. It was nice and cold. I love that the facility provides amenities that more expensive hotels do not provide. The kitchenette is a very nice touch. I could cook and refrigerate my items.

The water did not get hot in the shower. The sink water got very hot. The shower water was lukewarm only. The bed was lower at the head of the bed than the bottom. The pillows did not make up for the slope. When guests request more towels, we shouldn't be required to bring wet ones to the desk each time.

Unsafe, run down, smelly

Staff great. Guests or clientele questionable.

Did not feel save. I was leered at and inappropriately engaged by one guest that I kept running into. Room was clean but furniture run down and damaged. Poor lighting and broken lamp that was promised to be fixed/replaced but never happened. Halls and stairways smell terrible and are not clean. Whole place is run down. It was unpleasant walking from entrance to my room. I felt very unsafe.

dirty light switch panel, table, remote, bathroom sink. Bed had some type of crumbs under the pillow as well. I just cleaned it up and used my own bleach wipes and Lysol

Definitely would NOT recommend this property

The hallway had a bad odor, and when I opened my room door, I was hit with a very STRONG smell of bad Body odor; and the window was open and it was still stuffy and funky in the room. To top it off, there was pubic hair on the toilet seat. I ended up leaving and not sleeping there; I went to a family members home. Worse hotel experience that I have ever had.
