AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Not suitable for anyone! The health department needs to shut them down.

First of all, the lobby is very difficult to find. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it wreaked of old smoke, the kitchen was disgusting as well as NO COFFEE MAKER! The leather chair was ripped and the backing was dangling by a couple of threads, windows don't open, oh and not to mention the BUGS both dead & alive!!! Lots of rolly-polly's (potato bugs), gnats, as well as centipedes!!! I couldn't believe how disgusting this place is. Because I flew in all the way from California and needed a place to lay my head for a few short hours to fly out early am the very next day, I never undressed and just dealt with it. I should honestly be refunded and the place be shut down! It's that bad! I tried calling the front desk and they have very limited hours so...yeah there's that.

When we arrived, the office had a sign on the door saying "stepped out-be back at 7:30. After waiting.outside with several other customers, we decided.to.go elsewhere.

Didn’t stay it was so bad!

It was so bad-dirty, mold in freezer and smelly. Did not have any amenities in the kitchen-not even a coffee pot or toaster. No plates, utensils or cookware. Checked out immediately and found another place. This place should not be listed on Booking.com!!

Booking.com oversold the rooms and charged me money even though no room was available for me.

When I got to the front desk I was told that the rooms were oversold and that they didn't have one for me. I was denied a room and didn't stay here, but I did get charged for it, and it took 4 phone calls and about an hour and a half of my time to get the charge reversed.

Will NEVER EVER stay at an Extended Stay EVER again!!!

Absolutely Nothing!

When we walked into our room, it was filthy!! The bed was unmade, garbage over flowing, wet towels all over the bathroom. The guy at the front desk was really annoyed that he had to stop talking to his friend to get us another room. We stayed at a different location the beginning of our stay and also had to change rooms because the door didn’t lock from the outside. The person at the front desk was also annoyed we needed a different room.

When i got there at 330am she gave my confirmed room to someone else and said she didnt have my reservation i ended up driving around for 3 hours with aan uber driver who was kind enough to show me around amd not kill me. Great place. She also asked me to give her cash on the side to possibly find if a room could come available. Which i found inappropriate. She is stealing from the hotel.

The lady at the front desk is a lying theif and should be fired

i booked a room on the app and got the wrong check in dates.. and had to pay twice..? but I don’t know if the Hotel will refund me my money back.. but I ended up paying for another room $150 dollars, plus I had to wait long periods of time for a room.. I’m not pleased with.. Extended Stay America suites… I checked in on March 4 Saturday..

Exceptional

I liked that it was off the main roads by the airport for the most part. Funny thing is there are 2 with different addresses and the only thing separating them is a comfort inn. Makes it confusing. Great place and staff besides that.

I paid for a room for 4 girls 3 weeks ago and when we arrived on the day, guess what? there was no room available the hotel employee said he couldn't do anything so i had to call boking.com and i did. but they did not help us and did not put us in another hotel. they just said to call on 02/01/2023 and ask for the reelmboso. this is unacceptable how can they sell a room that does not exist??? this happened to 3 more girls who were there that same day. Stay away!!!

A roof over head, heat & air, flushing toilet available water & a clean bed & tv use.

Upon check.in the greeter was very polite. I returned & let same greeter know the room smelled like booze, cigarettes & nicotine, I forgot to mention the dirty kitchen sink. He did not respond. Later the Ants & cock roaches came out & we're all over the stove & kitchen countertop & sink. The 2nd night my grand daughter called me asking what is that crawling down the door frame in bathroom...it was a 2" Centipede! Plus a condom wrapper was under the bed.

Very good

We seemed to really like the location as it wasn’t in downtown Nashville but within a 10 minute drive.

Our light in the bathroom was out and they gave us a 15% off discount which is great! The only thing I seem to not like is the people beside us, I’m guessing they were construction workers that were working in Nashville, were so loud the last night we were there. Had to call the front desk twice even after talking to the people. I don’t even think the front desk came up to say something. Respect the people that have to drive home after a long night.
