From the pictures on booking.com e we thought looked actually nice. Once we got there it was a different story.

The door knob was broken off the bathroom door. The phone was disconnected, could use it to call front desk. The refrigerator was disgusting.

It's okay for one stay if you don't want breakfast.

The location of the hotel is okay. Roms are also not bad.

There is no breakfast. The breakfast is just tea and muffins. I traveled with family and my main criteria for choosing this hotel was breakfast. So, if I knew that the breakfast was just like that, I would definitely choose another one. Please be aware about it!

Price was good and location fairly easy to access. Beds were small but somewhat comfortable.

Room smelled weird, like old cigarette smoke. The decor and amenities were very dated and room didn't feel super clean. Noisy upstairs neighbors. I would not stay there again.

Do not recommend!

Convenient and affordable with comfortable beds

First room we were placed in we were unable to gain entry too - employee moved us to a different room, while it said it was a non-smoking room, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. It was also filthy.

Look Elsewhere!!!

Tv worked well.

Traffic was terrible. Walls are paper thin. Not quiet at all. Appliances are outdated. Need to remodel ASAP!!! Only stayed there because we were extremely tired from driving.

Right off interstate and next door to a Bar and Grille.

Pictures online and actual rooms don't match. It like sending a picture of a 20 year old you and you're 45 now.

It was scary and traumatic. I was afraid to step on the floor I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Not a thing, it was supposed to have a couch. Not at all what the picture showed. Breakfast is not grab n go!

Roaches on the kitchen floor and the kitchen counter and in the microwave. Roaches in the restroom. Hair and dirt on the corners of the bathroom floor. AC heater was not functioning right , it was humid and hot room. Beds were small and lumpy. I was disgusted to even shower! Could not sleep because of the bugs! Left as soon as possible. Staff apologized.

it was decent and the price was good. I appreciate the staff.

The location was close to the conference I attended. it was clean and the night and morning staff were both pleasant.

I didn’t like that I was on the 3rd floor, the elevator was ok but the door would get stuck on the first floor, so I had to press the 1 button just to get out. Also the refrigerator inside was clean but the outer gross me out, I thought it was dirty but it was rusty,that’s the only thing I could say I didn’t enjoy.

We would not be coming back again. And the breakfast was awful. Like grab and go

The location is close to the main road and stores. Easy access to go anywhere.

The room size is ok. The floor carpet was dirty, and the floor isn't level. The bathroom door, one of the panel came off. The toilet is so low. The front door seemed barely shut all the way. That's why before we left going somewhere, we made sure the door was locked. The kitchen was clean, but the fridge didn't cold enough to put the food there. And the pantry had left some breads, cups. I guess it left from the previous guests. The mirror placed behind the tv. How we used the mirror while the tv was on the way. And the tv is too small and the screen had speckles all over it. The breakfast was like grab and go. There's no table/chair to sit on. They only provide coffee, granola bars and muffin.

Could’ve been atleast good but it was unsanitary

The first room had a very nasty refrigerator, looked like a crime scene in the kitchen. the toilet was not clean, had urine inside it. The attendant was very nice and understanding and immediately moved me to another room, the second room had no remote to the tv

Was put in a dirty room. Roaches everywhere. Appliances were out of date. Went to local worship and person behind me killed a bug on my collar.

This hotel is not what it appears online

It has nice landscaping. The size of the room was ok but I requested a king bed and was given a queen size because they do not have any King rooms.

The rooms weren't clean. The bathrooms were nasty and the floors hadn't been swept. The beds were uncomfortable and for the amount they charge for the rooms the can get new mattresses n frames. The phones in the room were not connected to call the front desk. The plumbing was horrible. It's good I travel with my own housekeeping n sanitizing supplies. This is unacceptable because we're still in a pandemic. I couldn't leave to go to another hotel because there were no more rooms anywhere because of ASU homecoming and I was looking for somewhere else to stay.

It was horrible. I should have been allowed to leave that same night.

I did not like anything, when you travel 12 hours from home and can’t take a shower or sleep, it’s very uncomfortable.

The General Manager was rude. The AC was leaking so the carpet in the room was wet. I requested a refund the same night and I was told no. It wasn’t until I called the GM with Booking.com on the phone and he explained that I had a legitimate complaint and a bad review would look bad. She said she can do and say whatever she likes, she will not be refunded. Roaches running around, mold in the shower, the microwave plate didn’t spin, the carpet was wet, gnats was flying around the room I’m guessing from the wet mildew smell, the AC smelled was well so we had to cover it up, the bed by the window was wet underneath, the bathroom floor was wet you could see water after every step and the toilet was the worse.

Location was great

Where I live Extended stay have dishes. This room didn’t have dishes but I had a stove sink fridge but no dishes. I didn’t like the fact I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean my own room because the rooms wasn’t clean enough.
