Very poor

Didn't like anything other than location to the event I was attending

Staff was unresponsive to request for silverware in room as promised. Key card failed to work 2nd day of stay. Rooms are in well eorn state.

Great cheap place for a convention!

This place was super nice even pre checked me in because I was getting in so late. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean!

I didn't like that there wasn't someone at the desk 24\7 there were staff available by phone but not at the desk.

Close to where I needed to be.

There was no breakfast included. I picked it specifically for the breakfast. All they offered was granola bars, small muffins, oatmeal and coffee.

Overral it was fair

That room has small kitchen appliances and some Cookware

They have incidental charges for everything instead of one fee and don’t tell us before booking or at booking details of those charges. They charge for calls and had a stolen car in hotel parking lot and can’t believe they don’t have security cameras in hotel.

Their was trash on the stairs but other than that it was good Also, our pillows were flat.

The staff were very friendly.

My hotel room was missing a faucet handle in the bathroom, the kitchen sink didn't drain, the trashcan was filled with used diapers which caused the room to stink. 10 minutes for hot water in the shower. There was a light fixture with no cover and exposed electricals.

The layout & amenities of the room were great. It was a good value and included a ‘grab & go’ breakfast.

The room was not clean. There had obviously been a dog previously staying in the room because it smelled and dog hair was clinging to everything in the room. The bed seemed to be the only clean thing in the room fortunately.

The pillows 🤔

I do not feel I got my money’s worth for the price I paid. shower barley worked, with Luke warm water. Walls were dusty along with the ceiling. Disgusting chairs and stuff stuck on the counters.

I liked that it was close to red rocks and that the rooms had outdoor entrance

The bathroom was filthy. Something was dripping down the wall in the bathtub. Also the tub spout was out over an inch from the wall so there was exposed pipe and a hole. There was gun on the wall in the bathroom are well. Went to the only vending machine in the laundry room and all of the candy was melted in it

Good

I didn't like they morning staff was not very nice and when we told them about the sink messed up and on top of it they was washing the walk way on front of art room and water got in on the floor and my wife slipped an feel with my grandson in her hands so it really passed me off they haven't even got back to us about it yet

Well I like the evening staff they were very help full and helped us out a lot
