Nothing, everything was so so so so bad, terrible experience.
So far, I have booked more than 30 hotels in different places through Booking.com, and none were as bad as this hotel. We arrived at 11 o'clock. The check-in was at 15:00. We asked for early check-in by paying a fee, but they did not accept. We asked to receive our luggage until 15:00. They did not accept. We asked to stay in the hotel lobby until 15:00. They did not accept. My 7-year-old son needed to use the toilet, but they did not allow him to use the hotel toilet. Finally, we waited outside the hotel with our luggage until 14:55 and went to check in again, but they still refused and said after 15:00. Very rude employees and terrible manners. We booked a room with a kitchen, there was no ant kitchenware and we had to go to the front desk for anything. We had reserved a carpeted room, we were given a non-carpeted one and they didn't even service it, and the whole room was full of garbage, which they changed after our complaint. The most ridiculous was their breakfast. You could see only 2 items on the buffet table of this hotel, can you bleave it, cupcakes and just one type of biscuit. Also, your room will be serviced every seven days. It is better to sleep in the street, but don't go to this hotel.

The room was clean.
There was no dishes. The blanket on the bed was too thin. Breakfast was not good. I didn't like the fact that a pitbull was being walked thru the building and it was not a puppy.

The location
I paid for a queen suite, but when I got there the front office said that booking.com had over booked them so they gave me a different room, the room with no bathtub, and it was very dirty, very outdated, and it smell bad, me and my wife had been traveling from Georgia so we didn’t have a choice but to take it. When I ask about canceling it they said they would charge me even after I was promise a different room and then didn’t deliver. I don’t see my self booking with booking.com anymore I think it was false advertisement.

I liked the price and the location. The room had the facilities you expect for a stay. A bed, a chair, a desk and free WiFi and it was clean.
I did not expect a big breakfast buffet but what was offered is was below expectation.

No worth to pay 150 per day
Poor breakfast and equipment (no shampoo, conditioner, neither cattle in the room) . Need to ask the front for hair dryer.

Breakfast was very minimal not much. Hotel was more like a dirty apartment complex very run down.
It could use a lot of cleaning!! Just entering the hotel in the lobby smelled like smoke when it’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel. It wasn’t appealing to walk through the entrance either floors, windows, carpet, countertop etc. was Filthy dirty. Our hotel room smelled like mildew very awful. Didn’t even use the drawers cause first drawer that I opened was full of hair and dust. Reminded me of an old convalescent home absolutely disgusting, dirty and had a horrible smell.

location is great!
omg this facility was so bad, we stayed Friday, saturday, sunday and came home on Monday, i complained at least 4 times about the people above us making horrible noises, running, jumping at all times of the day including midnight, i complained and nothing was done, i spoke to tony, vicki and another person and they said that they were going to take care of it, and never did. it was the worst stay in my entire life.

Location was nice.
During booking I requested for a late checkout (1pm) because, my ESA dog and mine primary residence was being tented for termites and no one was allowed home until after 2pm. When it was finally time, I called the front desk and asked for a late checkout and was told if I stayed past 12pm, their system would automatically charge me for another day ($145.72). When I went to the front desk and physically checked out it was 12:10pm. My card wasn't charged for another day so I'm not clear why I wasn't allowed to stay for another 50 minutes.
P.S. on my printed out receipt there is a section where a late checkout fee could be implemented (42500 - Late Check out Fee) but, I wasn't even given that as an option.

The community is very nice and friendly! Many exits, staff is so nice and overall friendly to everyone. Environment clean and quiet if needed.
Nothing to dislike about the property, just to say parking is truly first come first serve.

the area was nice
doors close loudly, you can hear people closing their doors all night.
2.8
Front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating.
The property should have been more clean and in a better state of repair. The hallways and elevator areas had scuffed and dirty walls. The room had several items that did not work well or at all.
2.8
poor experience overall, this place is pretty dirty (lobby ,elevator, inside room carpet is disgusting) i think hasn’t cleaned since day one.
household are old and rusty, don’t get fooled by pictures, this place is so damn expensive for no reason, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The property smelled of weed. It was not well maintained.

Location
Staff not helpful. No cutlery. Insufficient breakfast for number of guests. Constant marijuana odors in room and stairwell.

The location was the only thing going for it and with a Best Western next door that would have been a better option.
Everything! It is old, run down, dark and dingy. The carpets should have been ripped out 10 years ago. If I took off my shoes in the room the carpet and floor were sticky. You had to ask for everything and 9 times out of 10 they didn’t have it and didn’t care. The grab and go breakfast was a joke and once the oatmeal cup was gone they didn’t restock so if you got there later there was maybe coffee left and a sad wrapped muffin. The sideboard that they had it on was a 5’ x 2’. The Wi-Fi might have been free but if you actually wanted to do anything important like a Zoom meeting you had to upgrade for a fee! if not it would freeze.

What breakfast? Hot water and a donut???
Would have been better if there was actually a breakfast.
The uniqueness of an extended stay hotel is being able to cook in your room. There were no dishes, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils. Never again
