It worked... but I didn't really want to hang around this place.

the basic amenities were there... the coffee was good.

electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work; faucet was questionable; things just looked so old and battered; no lounge in the complex for other use or meeting someone; the "breakfast" was the cheapest I've ever seen... and there was no coffee on my final day (and dry cream, not liquid - yeck!). Just an overall sense of not caring for the place and service at a minimum. Cheaper price, but not worth the value I paid for with a 4 night stay.

Don't expect much, pay a little more for better.

Location, it was off a side street so it lacked traffic. Parking was plentiful also.

Rooms are old, the bed was not comfy at all. The vending machines didn't work. The breakfast is coffee and oatmeal with some muffins so don't expect much. Their were a number of flies in the room.

2 extended stays in the same block, apparently 1 is the "good" one. Lobby was full of boxes made it very inconvenient to get the "breakfast" ( NOT)if more than 1 person was attempting to get coffee. No ice machines had to go to the store. Disappointed for sure.

Horrible

I arrived was told I was overbooked n they have no rooms available. No apologies. I was then proceeding to get a refund n the lady was overly rude n told me I had to get a refund through booking.com. Which is weird because it said I wouldn’t even be charged tell I checked into the room. So at 1 am in the morning I’m trying to get a refund and I have 2 babies in the car along with our dog. Had traveled all day to a disappointing situation. I have yet to get a refund from this property. Worst customer service at this location!

Good location

Pillows had yellow stains, old carpets need deep cleaning. Hallways are dark. Red paint on lobby needs to be changed to a cheerful color. Staff looked depressed!

I'm trying to book another for another day today right now as we speak I did it earlier I don't know

It was up and loaded and ready to go early in the morning never fell short of anything product wise very well done very much appreciated excellent services for the reception your laundry your extra needs of anything towels blankets pillows etc soap

There wasn't nothing I didn't like everything was perfect on time well put together and there's also enough help at the front desk for services to attend to your needs upon arrival exiting or departure

The second room was better

The first room was horrible and no human should ever stay in it. It was outdated and horrible stains on the carpet!!!!!

service from booking is horrible they messed up my trip and canceled my reservation without knowing. went to get my room and messed up on my reservations as well as charged me for another room which I didn’t get and had to wait for them to send me money back as well as leaving the hotel without a room thanks

The room felt unsafe due to lock issues and dirty due to ants and smelly carpet.

Location is good, I have been there many times and the stay was ok

The room had small red fire ants. The door lock was not functioning properly. The carpet smelled. The cabinets were not cleaned very well - they had food crumbs.
