Oxford Suites is definitely where I’m booking from now on

Their amenities are amazing, with a steam room, sauna, And hot tub you are sure to feel relaxed. You get a complimentary drink at the Bistro, an amazing breakfast buffet, and the rooms were obviously very carefully cleaned. It’s not far from Riverfront Park if you are up for a stroll.

Could of been better 4th or 5th stay worst stay

Was there for concert

Well strange tried to get on top floor other side of motel but they told us only one room clean but all these people checked in behind us got other rooms 2 queen rooms beds are small and hard breakfast last time we was there the guy said only ten minutes left and was not putting any more food out this time we stayed up late at concert and only had 10 minutes before closing not much food in listening to next customer he was told couple minutes before closing not putting out no more food. That makes me mad a paying customer is there before closing they deserve to get food not be told too bad . Note breakfast is not to closing you must be there at least half hour before closing or no food they should never be so mean to tell the customer so meanly you are tired had to get up early you go for food told to bad . Will not stay on hard queen beds no more couch in executive king water front sofa bed is killer hard 2 day stay oh my god mistake my back was in severe pain king bed is nice my son got that . Staff at front desk ladies not nice at all short . Guy last time did not listen to room we wanted took credit card gave wrong room and in coming back to get right room the guy said it was time for him to go home turned it over to other guy . And do not forget your razor that will cost money to get one oh wait though there was a used one under the towels on the towel rack gross . Tooth brush costs money . Other then hot tub pool and location to River front park and arena only nice stuff . They need to update their rooms .Old beds and couch chairs. Staff training to be nice at frontvdesk and breakfast. Their is a nice man there at front desk manager at night only one . He helped with mistakes .

Never stay there again ...

After I made our reservation for ONE KING ROOM for 2 nights, I offered a "junior suite" for a $15 upgrade per night, which featured a SEPARATE bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding door. When we arrived (quite late due to weather, which I had phone ahead to explain) we were told we had book TWO ROOMS FOR TWO SEPARATE CHARGES. I tried to explain to the front desk person, he was extremely uncaring, arrogant and rude. His comment when I tried to explain my reservation was simply "Do you want the second room or not?" Because of the late hour, the people in line behind us and the fact that we had our daughter with us as a last minute addition due to the fact of the separate bedroom, we just said yes and paid for the extra charge. We were very unhappy about that. What's more, the room my husband and I stayed in was in extremely poor condition with wall covering missing off the wall and general stabbings. Also the room was poorly serviced, with no cream or sugar for the coffee.

disrespectful staff, discrimination against guests of color. foul language and would just not recommend.

I liked our room, it was very spacious and welcoming. it was clean and the hot tub was nice.

I didn’t like the harassment we received. very rude and disrespectful. it was my birthday and I mentioned that we would have a couple friends so if possible to not put us close to people or just in a corner. we were still quiet with very subtle noise but with the double room doors it was hard to not hear into the room. After getting screamed at by the room across from us we received 7 noise complaints even after everyone had left and we were in bed. Absolutely disgusting the staff treated us in the manner they did. I would not recommend do not stay.

find this property very much. Mainly visit with a wonderful staff that were very helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed here

located in the middle of town. Great location for walking along the river. Excellent staff very helpful. Morning breakfast was outstanding so many choices. Dinner down at the bistro in the downstairs was excellent. The room was very clean. Everything was new and very nice looking.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

We left early and went to another hotel. There were several vehicles were broken into, including ours. We haven't received any returned calls from management. They wouldn't even compensate us or discount us for our second night after the first night of us being violated and us checking out.

Very, very nice hotel, would definitely recommend it to others.

Room decor is very nice, clean , people friendly and breakfast was very good.

We felt a little unsure when we first drove in the parking lot with your multiple big signs saying park at your own risk!!!!! It made us worried about whether the location was safer or not. Also it would be nice to have a safe in the rooms to lock up valuables that you couldn’t leave in the car! Maybe instead of the signs have a security guard patrol the parking lot.

Beautiful property with excellent staff! We’ll be back!

Property staff was excellent! Everyone was helpful, professional and friendly. Loved the view from our balcony overlooking the river!

I wished there was a better on site restaurant. In a future renovation, a 2nd floor patio restaurant over the pool area would be a total hit! we went next door to the Osprey restaurant twice! so nice to eat right on the river!
