Great hotel, but.....

Almost everything we liked. It is a great hotel and very nice rooms. Great location, good staff.

Breakfast quality was only so-so, a real drop from what it used to be. Very concerned about the statement the management is making by having TVs set to turn on to Fox "News". It is bad enough they choose to basically endorse a politically charged station, but even worse that it chooses to endorse a station that is proven to intentionally lie and mislead its audiences with significant distortions and attacks. It is not on any way a news station. Very unprofessional, unethical, and inappropriate. This is a show stopper, causing us to reconsider whether we will stay there again, in spite of prior usage and liking that hotel. It's simply a matter of principle.

It's quiet and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast. It doesn't seem fresh. Cooking waffles are warm and fresh which you do not have. Eggs and potatoes were dried out. Chocolate muffin fell apart. There were 5 of us eating. I've just been places where the breakfast is better.

Love this Place!

We absolutely love this place! We don't stay anywhere else when we stay in Spokane anymore because this hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly, Wi-Fi never glitches and having the Centennial Trail and Spokane River right outside is absolutely incredible!

Nothing. They did have an issue with a couple of men staying on the bottom floor, but the staff handled everything calmly, quickly and as efficiently as possible so they did great considering the situation.

The property is in a good location and I feel safe when traveling alone to stay here. The rooms are always roomy and clean.

We might comeback, but will try another Hotel when in town.

This was one of our favourite getaways. The location is great. Loved the big window overlooking the river.

The staff weren’t friendly this time around. I am sure due to the pandemic things had to change like housekeeping and new towels everyday. We missed the soup and salad in the evening.

Excellent stay

Everything, clean, very comfortable. Very inviting, it will be our new spot to stay, location is great, our view was incredible over the water, nothing to criticize or even know how to improve. It was an amazing stay. Truly loved it!!!

It was a nice stay but please improve the food.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was very good for restaurants. The beds and pillows were very good. The bathroom could be a little more modern.

The breakfast was awful. Its processed food and we have stayed and many places where the food it excellent. But this was a big disappointment. We ended up going out most days. Everyday we checked and it was the same. No homemade oatmeal only packages. The fruit was awful. The eggs were powder eggs. Please work to improve this.

The breakfast was as expected, good but not the top of the line! The staff however, made it a special place to have breakfast. We felt cared about as one of the family. It was very clean!! There was a problem with our bathroom and they were on it as soon as we reported it.

The coffee! The coffee machines were old fashioned and not up to other like accommodations. And the breakfast coffee was not very good at all. However I could give this a higher mark but the floor of the foyer and the elevators were dirty the whole three days we were there and it wasn't raining. It put a little question in our minds about what others things did they not care about! If the answer is short handed then that doesn't speak well for desk staff which they seemed to have several of. I would have cleaned it myself to rather than risk a bad first impression!

It was very dirty. The staff wasnt that friendly.i would never go there again. The staff also complained about giving booking .com 20% ; cause they werent recieving all of the money.

nice interiors. best beds on our trip.

the shower curtain smelled moldy. breakfast was not really good. they had an evening event that I had to ask about in order to attend and get tickets for drinks.
