The roaches throughout the facility and the fact that I left my charger in the room and housekeeping did not turn it into the front office.

THAT NOT A BREAKFAST

The only thing I liked at the property was this African-American lady at the front unfortunately I did not get her name but she was so sweet and usually all it takes for me to be satisfied is good customer service I usually don’t care about anything else
Again to bring up the African-American lady in the front that works there she was fighting off tweakers all night they would not stop circling around the property being annoying it was not safe she did her best

rate was low. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice.
the smell in hallways and room. got a rash on arms from lying on bed. very loud kids running around in hallways and/or upper floors.

The manager was doing drugs and she smacked my child in the face

Nothing was very disappointed
This place has gone down after waiting till almost 6 pm to get a room when I arrived for my 3pm check in due to staff shortage we finally get to our room and it was nasty the property is located in a high drug and homeless area had to get a refund and find another location to stay very disappointed by the quality of service

It was nice and comfortable

The size of the room was good and the air conditioning worked fantastic! Even with it being 119 degrees the room was almost cold!
We found some roaches in the room. 2 were dead and one was alive until we killed it. We also did not have any towels in our room at all. We only had 2 wash cloths. There were holes in the walls.

It smells, it's dirty, rooms are run down, trash cans full, small insects and bugs on the bed and the night stand.
Bathtub covered with cleaning agents but not washed down with water.
People in groups of 3 or 4, as well as homeless people, lingering and roaming around the property day and night.
And what hotel offers housekeeping services once every 7 days, otherwise, the customer must pay extra!
I stayed in my room for 2 hrs, but when i saw the bugs, i pulled all my stuff back to my car and went to see some friends. Then, I came back at midnight to give my room keys and file a complaint. I had to wait for 20 mins at the reception, no staff... finally, when an employee showed up, i explained what happened. She literally asked me if the bugs were big or small, then she apologized!
I had to book at the Clarendon Hotel for the remainder of the night!
This isn't a hotel! Such establishment must never be listed on booking.com!

Location is great. Park Central area is vibrant and full of amenities, restaurants etc.
Awful experience. Spent 40+ minutes to check in. Had to come back 2 times cause room was not ready or key did not work. Entrance was dirty. Room smelled funky, Smoke detector ran out of batteries and made annoying beep in the middle of the night.
It was my mistake overall to book this hotel. Don´t make the same mistake. I was looking for extended stay options in this location and this was the only available.
4.5
The bed was comfortable and the bed was big enough for me.
The room was a little dusty
Dust was under the AC unit

We got a pretty big room, off the main corridor and sort of away from other rooms, so it was really quiet and private.
The rooms could use a little updating. The carpets seemed a bit dingy.
3.5
I like the spacious rooms with a kitchen -- everything worked!
A bit too noisy and kids pulling the fire alarm at midnight and then having it go on twice more was a bit unsettling. Also, when we were trying to load our car at 6:30 am, there were no luggage carts available. Allowing people to take them to their rooms the night before checking out is a very poor policy.
2.5
As we were setting up our pull out bed and settling into the room, we noticed the pull out sofa, which we were utilizing, didn’t have a set of sheets, or a blanket or pillow. It was just a mattress. We were able to pull the second pillow from the bed even though that would still leave a third person without a pillow since even the bed had only two pillows. We went down to the lobby to ask for a set of sheets and a blanket and were told there was only one sheet available and no blankets or fitted sheet. This should not happen... You really expect your guests to pay to sleep in a room without sheets or blankets on the bed? We were lucky we had extra blankets in the car but this would be a huge issue for someone traveling with more than one person.

location is great but service was awful.
We were given a room with people already in it, our king bed room was unavailable after that, no coffee cups for the coffee they put out (no to go cups or normal cups), employees smoking outside and dressed like they rolled out of bed. This place needs a staff makeover before it goes under!

location wasn't bad
Staff was rude and not available shortly after we checked in. No cups in the kitchen, no working ice machines on property. I found a cup in bathroom following morning. Cochroach walking on kitchen floor. Carpet was all stained no bedding for pull out sofa. Bed was awful I normally do not complain about beds in hotels. It stated they had breakfast it was just continental breakfast I would NOT have booked here if I had known I could have booked other named hotels for same price that have real breakfast.

The additional bed was atrocious. I could feel the slats under the mattress. Really not a mattress at all. The kitchen was nonexistent as far as any kind of cooking or eating utensils...nothing to cook with, serve with or eat from.
2.0
It was not full breakfast. There was coffee…some wrapped merry dried muffins instant oatmeal and that’s as about it. The front desk described it as grab and go.
There was roaches in our room.
