Location was good, but no one should stay there.
There were drugs being cooked in the next room which set off the smoke alarms. The Manager found the paraphenalia and a lit candle. They let the people back into the room regardless of the drugs and no smoking policy. The manager was more concerned about the candle smoke than the drugs. She just opened the window and walked off. Our reservation was canceled and no one took responsibility for. There was duct tape holding the shower head on. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. The TV was blue and got worse the longer it was on. No light covers outside. Cold muffins for "breakfast". No available amenities like hair dryers, they had been stolen.
We got out the next morning, but still we're charged for the night.

The location. Nothing else.
The reservation was canceled by someone, and both booking.com and the property were calling each other liars as to who did it. Instead, we had to take a queen sized handicapped room with 1 queen bed and a rollaway bed for 3 people. The TV was messed up with a blue picture that got worse the longer it was on. The hand-held shower head was held on by duct tape. There were no hair dryers because people took them. The smoke alarm went off next door at about 10 pm. The manager got into the room and items used to cook drugs were found and a candle had been lit to cover the smell. We had the door blocked in our room in case there was trouble when those people came back, and they did. We got out the next day and were refunded the rest of the stay.

Room had horrible beds, Wi-Fi did not work, phone was inoperable. Toilet paper holder fell off wall, handles on dressers fell off. And most importantly, no elevators as my mom was handicap and she was not able to climb stairs which involved switching rooms

I paid $104 for my stay on booking.com the staff did not know how to go in the system and collect the payment so they knocked on my door at 12:00 in the morning and kick me out with the police

I was in a great location.
door was missing a metal plate to hold the door. the door opened several times thought out the night.

The night desk worker was extremely nice and helped with my door by heating it up. She brought me extra pillows and another remote because the remote I had didn't work.
I didn't like the fact that my door was frozen upon arrival and my key wouldn't work. The room above me was very loud the 2 nights I stayed and made it difficult for me to get my kids to sleep and then 2:30 in the morning I was awakened by a water bug crawling on my face.

location
the room was very dark and gloomy. the sheets were very worn and the smell was very old. It just didn’t feel clean.

Not to much was there to like. It's kinda like the saying you get what you pay for... But I guess I liked the ac unit, it worked pretty well...
I didn't like having to ask for kitchenware, the bathroom being so small, the walls being thin to where you can here everything the other people do in the other rooms, and can smell if they smoke in the rooms too, making the room we were in smell and uncomfortable to be in.

Front desk gal was super nice
Smelled of smoke, disgusting sticky, moist carpet, disgusting sticky, moist floor. After walking on the carpet the soles of my feet turned black (I took a picture to prove it!)
Stairways smelled of human urine and vomit. For $222/night with taxes and fees I expected a place that didn’t gross me out and have broken glass strewn in the outdoor areas.

The staff I dealt with was exceptional!! The facility was clean. The location was close to everything.
There was some areas in the room that needed a little cosmetic work, other than that nothing major.

The employee/desk agent was very cordial and accommodating. Where there were complaints, he fixed what he could. It was an overnight stay, so it was okay for the amount of time we stayed.
We had to transfer rooms due to a/c not working. The room we transfered to had no working television. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low.

I liked the location. It was perfect for us to go back and forth to visit family.
There are so many things I didn't like. The front desk people were never at the front desk, we had to wait at the counter every single time we went in there, including checking in, for someone to finally appear from the back and then seem annoyed that they were bothered. It seems like a lot of people live here full time, which is fine but I think this could be why the property seems run down and there is a HUGE roach problem. I am terrified of roaches and we killed at least 2 or 3 every day we were here.. and we were gone most of the time. There was nothing to cook with, like a pan or a single utensil, and the beds were so uncomfortable. We were expecting breakfast because it was advertised on the booking site, and we got some granola bars, hard yucky muffins, and mediocre coffee. For as much as I paid for my sister and I to stay here for 4 nights, the entire experience was not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and book your stay somewhere else. We won't stay at this property again.
