Very relaxing.

The decor was very inviting, the beds are very comfortable, everything was clean and neat.

Good for a stopover

Large hotel complex with friendly staff. The rooms are large with a separate living room. The furniture is long past its best. The American breakfast is included in the price and very varied. At the hotel bar you can get a free drink of your choice upon presentation of a coupon.

Our stay was so great, we’re going back in a few months

The property was very clean. We loved the happy hour and the free breakfast .The staff was very helpful. That location was close to many attractions.

Loved our stay

The rooms were clean as well as other facilities, like the gym and dining area. I really enjoyed the breakfast, definitely a lot of varieties, which is awesome. My family enjoyed our stay, and kids loved it! Especially the pool area.

Minor dislike and not too big of a deal, but a workout mat would be nice in the gym. I love the variety of equipment, but a mat is the only thing missing.

Clean , helpful staff

HAVC started a loud vibrational at 1 o’clock in the morning. Front desk sent someone to repair it the next day, that evening I stepped on sheet metal screws in the bathroom that he spilt on the floor. At 11 o’clock at night the heater came on and started vibrating again. Checked out that morning .

Good value, and Ideal for a family vacation.

Bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nicely heated, and my grandson enjoyed it tremendously.

Bathroom was a little too small.

Exceptional

Breakfast Buffet Style was amazing had different options the two days that we stayed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, we really liked the experience overall.

Great staff. I left a book inside my room when checking out. I called them in the evening and they mailed it to me next day. Thanks!

The staff were wonderful but would not stay again due to poor location and wifi issues.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful!

The location was very poor for our needs. the pool was small and overcrowded. The wifi did not work in the rooms. VERY important to know this if you need wifi for work or other.

I did not like the place at all

The rooms were very old , musty,and not in good shape. The pull out couch was all ripped. The refrigerator kept leaking water all over floor. The carpeting was like and dank. Quite expensive for what it was.

The lobby is nice and the wine was good.

The property is older. There was no power to the water pressure in the shower. Welcome food was gone.

Overall our stay was good. Close to restaurants and other businesses.

The room was spacious as I had expected it to be.

The bathroom was too small and the "bed" mattress was a little too soft and lumpy.

COMFORTABLE AND QUIET

LOCATION! I didn’t realize this hotel was so close to many shopping centers with stores that I LOVE! Also, I love the comfort of this location!

I had only one downside, and it was that the remote wasn’t working properly for the TV. nothing major!

it was a great place to rest on our long journey

very nice facility and staff was very helpful. we were a little late getting to breakfast so arrived about 9:55 and they stop serving at 10. however, they were so kind and even filled our plates even though they were closing. we thought that was exceptional. kudos to the breakfast team!
