Pésimo!!!!

La ubicación únicamente

La limpieza terrible, la alfombra del cuarto tenia un olor fortísimo a orines de perro y con unas manchas muy desagradables, había pelos en la plantilla de cocina, la refrigeradora no estaba limpia completamente, no habia ningún utensilio ni nada para cocinar o lavar platos, la tina y el mueble de cocina en pésimo estado. Teníamos otra reserva echa y decidimos cancelarla. Solo soportamos 1 noche.

Bien bien jusqu’au moment de petit déjeuner la déception

Concernant le déjeuner vous devriez changer les énoncés parce que une CAFE c’est ne pas une déjeuner, au mois pas pour mois. Le CAFÉ sera une boisson chaude Annonce trompeur

Les fenêtres sont doubles aller si pas fermé les deux correctement beaucoup de bruit passe à travers

Passable

Good View from window of room water and American dream resort. Refrigerator was good size with kitchen. Coffee at breakfast was hot.

Breakfast was continental. With instant oatmeal. No Coffee in room. Air conditioner was reset by desk clerk. Didn't last long enough.

Worth your money

Pros: Great location! Near everything important in the area. Love how the rooms have a full kitchen and a nice bathtub. Regardless of it having a small grab and go breakfast, at least something is available. Price was worth it for the weekend we stayed.

Cons: Our bathtub faucet had black mold on it, they only gave us 3 small pillows that were very uncomfortable and they smelled like mildew. The parking lot floods a lot when it rains, so be careful where you park. The breakfast is very small but at least it's something. The freezer made this extremely annoying ticking noise that kept me up at night.

Would not stay here again.

Absolutely nothing.

The lights didn’t work. The door has a large gap even when shut and locked. The facility smelled like cigarettes. There was dust on almost every surface. I had reservations for over a month. 15 minutes before we arrived at the hotel, I received a call saying that our room had been booked out to other guests who arrived before us. Even after we traveled for hours and hours. We were removed and put at a sister hotel in Seacaucus instead of the location we booked near the MetLife Stadium. They did not offer a refund nor cheaper prices. Will never stay here again. Definitely not $217 worth of my money.

Very nice besides the fire alarm.

Very close to where I was vacationing (American Dream) and staff was nice and quick to get me to my room. Room was nice for 2 nights.

Fire alarm went off around 12am in our second night. There was no fire. This was the only problem we had.

Stale muffins, coffee was ok

The price for this hotel was ridiculous, way too much no services available , one bar of soap ..no shampoo or conditioner like other hotels shower had no pressure water was ehhh sort of hot .. $300 later …don’t waste your money. Mattress way overdue to be replaced!

Good for the convenience and location

Liked the room. It was close to Met life Stadium. Where my daughter and I had a concert to go . So it was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was very useful. Full size fridge was perfect . We brought snacks and drinks for our stay. Also American Dream mall is close by. So much to do there. We had a great time exploring.

When we first arrived we were given a room number and card . Then we entered the room only to find out that it was already occupied. It was a mistake. But it was embarrassing for everyone involved. The shower was dirty with some left over hair from the previous guests.

there were bugs in the room it took the front desk to check us in after 2 hours since we booked it via booking.com and there was someone who peed on the stairs. we booked a two bed room and the guy ceasar gave us a one bed that smelled so bad the whole place is very outdated and everything was so smelly and dirty. then even when they switched us to a different room it smelled like weed and cigarettes and I was with a baby. it was disgusting. and the front desk kept harassing us to leave when our checkout date was the next day it’s because the front desk messed up our check in. unbelievable never going to stay here and without my consent they charged me more on my card which I have to call my bank now and explain all this nonsense to them!

Disappointed! Linen was horrific as I had to spend $157. at Walmart to purchase pillows, linen, etc

Disappointed!

Staff seemed to cater to a certain community of people, me family and I was put in a handicapped room in which was not fair to a customer with handicapped accessible needs, nor did I request this room!
