No me gustó

La oficina atiende hasta las 10 p.m., nosotros avisamos llegar a las 11:30 p.m. no hablan español, las camas incómodas, no tenía cafetera la habitación. Nos tocó en la 2da. Planta y abajo un auto con música y personas tomando alcohol. Me dió desconfianza el lugar.

Las huéspedes que estaban tomando alcohol con música elevada y el piso de las escaleras muy sucio

Mala experiencia

Nada nos gustó

Alojamos una noche porque perdimos el vuelo de conexión y fue lo que encontramos cerca del aeropuerto a un precio razonable, es un lugar de paso, ruidoso, habitación horrible, baño espantoso. Nos pasaron una habitación con una cama y un sillón por el pago para cuatro personas, pero aceptamos, ya que era de noche, necesitábamos estar cerca y nuestro vuelo salía temprano al día siguiente.

It was okay. It's decent if you just need a place to sleep but not very cosy.

The room was a good size and I liked the kitchen.

The shower was old and stained and the TV had a blue tint to it. We could also hear the upstairs room whenever they walked around (it almost sounded like they were moving furniture??), and the room next to us had a dog barking whenever it was left alone.

Location room setup pool staff I did meet

Floors in room were absolutely filthy baby spilt gwr water when we walked in an wiped it up an paper towel was black! Only have one full size towel. Comforter on bed was dirty with two brown stains. Hole in bathroom door. Has to figure out jow to fix the TV wasn't even hooked up correctly

I wouldn’t stay there again because of the dead bug in the stains on the bed. I was just very tired

Location and also the staff was great, well the check in guy was great

The was a dead bug and stains on the bed. The main office staff had horrible customer service. My room was not showing up in the main office people we’re just not helpful at all but the guy at the check-in help me take care of the situation along with his supervisor that he called to help him over the phone because my confirmation was just not showing up.

For the reason of the stay it was a good stay

The room was large and the pool seemed clean the beds where very soft

Didn’t know the pool hours tube was a little dirty floors looked like they needed to be mopped

NEVER USE EXTENDED STAY……. THEY LIE SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY.

absolutely nothing

I went to check in at 2:30. they said I couldn’t yet. i had some place to be, so they said I could check in anytime before midnight, but the front doors would be locked at 10:30 so just pick up the phone outside. I was there at 10:20 and was told they tried to call me (which I have proof they didn’t) so they gave my room away. Found out I was charged for the room because it was made available to me, but never was.

Bad, book somewhere else

Bed was comfortable, nice warm shower

Smells weed, parking lot full of non-occupants/homeless, no utilities, dirty and dusty floors, check-in wasn't available until 430. Phone didn't work, kitchen amenities were not provided even after asking for them. Overall not worthy at all

Not worth the money

Location

The remote control for the tv was missing, receptionists didn’t even bother to look for one. The mattresses were old you could feel the springs!! And the sofa mattress had a like a pee stain on it. We could not use either.

The pool was nice.We enjoyed it...in fact ,my grandson and I were the only two there.The two queen beds were clean and comfy.The location was perfect for us.Near the aquarium and close to the state fair.QT right across the road was nice.Check in and out was quick and easy.A/C worked well

The matress on the sleeper chair was awful.Badly stained...we closed it and put blankets on top of the sleeper as we needed the sleeping space.The rug was stained and dated.While room was fairly clean,fridge was immaculate, the microwve was dirty.Our other guests room had no blankets on their bed.This however was rectified easily.

Good place to stay on a budget.

The property was surprising. I didn't expect it to be that nice for a budget motel. It was clean and had all the amenities. I was only there to sleep and shower and both were great.

It was amazing and we will visit again!

The location was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The second room was perfect

The first room was not completed or clean but the host moved us right away. Parking at the second room was hard as one car had cones blocking the parking spot right in front of our room.

Horrible experience with no compensation

The first room smelled really bad, was dirty and the lights in the room did not work. The second room did not have a shower head and the sick backed up every time you used it as well as the microwave was broken.
