It needs updating the hallways smelled like urine.

I really didn’t like it

Our room was given away to someone with a similar name. The room felt old it needs an update.

Location was good and the room.

My room did not have an iron and an ironing board, and when I asked for one the staff on duty the morning of my check out told me that she could not find one. I was very upset and told them that I needed to speak to the manager, to which they replied that there was none. If I do not get a percentage of my bill refunded, I will dispute the whole balance with my bank . I had to go to my meeting with rumpled clothes.

perfect overnight stay for early morning appointment.

pleasant greeting by staff member and very comfortable room.. microwave, fridge and good cable selection. coffee and breakfast items were out in lobby early am!

it was very dirty , there was someone directly in front of the doors smoking pot the trim phone did not work it also does not look like the pictures it is old and run down and not in the least upto date and a lot of sketchy ppl where hanging around the place

Nothing.

It's like a homeless shelter. Even the lobby smelled of weed. First room stunk of cigs. Second of eggs. Garbage in halls. Old everything. Guests are sketchy. It's next to an airport. Town is gross. You can't even make left or uturns for some reason.

The property is clean, my room as well. Polite employees. Noise level average.

Upon entering the building the smoke in the carpet is strong. Faucets in kitchen and bathroom drips. I ttly 4got my tooth paste and non was in the room. These are minor fixes. Overall I slept well which A+

Nice place generally but...

The location was central to event venues we were to attend. It met our expectations in other aspects too. The staff were friendly and always responded in a timely manner whenever we called or made a request.

Power went off and the hotel did not have a backup power supply. We spent almost 4hours in darkness. The room smelt like it was smoked in even though it had the non-smoking sign. The floor boards creaked.

Cozy room for a quick getaway

Room was very large and comfortable. Location was great and parking was well lit.

Easy to drive past if you're not familiar with the area (we had to circle around twice before finally catching entrance that kind of sneaks up on you) Fighting of other guests in hallway around 2am, never heard any staff come to break it up.

Nothing. They say no smoking but the place smells like an ashtray. The lobby was despicable with food crumbs in common areas and undesirable people loitering in the halls. Worse than the Bates motel.

The front desk clerk was running around trying to do 3 jobs all at once. Thr housekeeper left for the day and didn't note which rooms had been cleaned. After 35-45 minutes, the clerk confirm none of the rooms were cleaned! It was a travesty. Never again.

Breakfast was simple but good

I had prepaid through Bookings.com, but the hotel could not take it, so I had to pay again directly with my credit card. I am still trying to get a refund for the payment I made to Bookings.com Also, the bed was very saggy

They allow dogs and they have grass areas for dog to do its business.

Kitchen had no glasses, cups, utensils or cooking implements, and do to hotel being understaffed, it took a very long time to get utensils, glasses and cups. No easy access to hotel if traveling on opposite side of the street. Room could use a facelift.

no real problem. Close to where we had to be early the next morning

nice TV and wi-fi. Clean

room above us had a couple of kids stomping around, but it stopped by 10 pm. The "grab and go" continental breakfast was pretty lame, other than the coffee, but we weren't counting on it in any case. Coffee maker in room (given it has a ktichen) would be good.
