Front desk people were excellent. The male employee in particular

The breakfast was wonderful.

The heater made to much noise and the bathroom needs a fan.

Location was good.

Looked like people were living there. Scary clientele. Didn’t feel safe. The TV stations didn’t always work, they’d fade in and out. Had to call the front desk because someone was smoking outside our room. On the 3rd day the water coming out of the faucets smelled like rotten eggs. Enough to make me gag.

Breakfast was great. Omelets made to order.

Room clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and staff was awesome. There were plenty of places to get food too.

When we were unsatisfied with our first room, we were given a room on a higher floor, which was so much better. The staff person was very helpful.

The first room we had was on the ground floor. Had a funky smell and didn’t seem especially clean.

Room was in great condition as was the facility. The breakfast was at the top of what we experience !

Can think of a problem!

- Retro Vintage style - Good breakfast. Made to order omelets and eggs - Cool vibe - Exercise room was nice

- Ice machine was not working on 2nd floor

Not anything that ruined our stay but they really should consider who they're hiring for the front desk. The r evening we arrived, the hostess was amazing but the morning girl😵‍💫 she had the basically no PR skills. I tried to ask questions to engage but, she just wasn't interested in ANY conversation. No biggie, like I said, the stay was a "10". Just thought a more outgoing or personable would be better for a front desk 👍

Staff very friendly and our breakfast omelette was best ever at a hotel.

Everything met or exceeded our expectation.

Great room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
