Peaceful

It was so clean. We needed more towels and toilet paper and it was delivered promptly. The only thing that was a little strange is that on the same property they have weekly/monthly rentals that were not kept up as well. But everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We had a room on the front of the place facing the road, we went to take our dog for a walk on the back half of the place there was a lot of people that looks like they are living there, just wasn’t a easy feeling. And dogs not on leashes,2 dogs came running at us with our dash hound and we had to hurry and pick him up . If it going to be pet friendly all dogs should be on leashes. I feel.

IVE STAYED AT TIMBER LODGE FOR YEARS!! AND THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB REMODLING THE PROPERTY!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

Very adequate for an overnight or two.

We stayed in the room with the whirlpool which was a real treat, given the snow and cool weather in Pine Top. Very comfortable room. Wonderful young lady at check-in; beware: she has a unique sense of humor.

It was a nice roomy place with a mimi kitchen.. King bed very comfortable.

Snow. Not that we don't like snow, but it was hard to get footing and step up on the porch. That might because we are in our early 80s.

Worst stay ever

There wasn't much to like. I think it was the worst ran hotel motel I have ever stayed in.

I did not care for the staff. It was a very unprofessionally run place I have ever stayed in.

Hospitality element was really great. Change in ownership created some pains.

The bed and bedding and all linens were clean and fresh. In fact they looked like they were new. However; there was dirty silverware in the drawer, the floor was dirty, there was no attempt to quiet other guests right outside of our room until after 11. Walking through the back area there was all kinds of dog feces. There was no place to hang a robe in the bathroom, no shelf to put anything on, no garbage can. The garbage can in the kitchen was dirty. The air conditioner / heater was noisy. Change in ownership created some pains. I think by the season they will be ramped up to speed. The room is nothing like the cute little room on the website

The new owner Nate was very helpful and friendly. With the new updates it is a nice place to stay.

The room was clean. The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

It seemed like there is a serious staffing shortage for this motel. We checked in around 6pm, but the room wasn’t ready. The office was closed, so the on-call staff member said to come back in 20 minutes. We returned in 40 minutes. The room still wasn’t ready. The room was clean, but the beds felt like 6” of memory foam on wood boards - no box springs. Considering the price of ~$150/night, the beds could have been better. We had an early check-out (7am), but the office was closed.

Quiet affordable place to lay your head down for a day or 2

The young woman named Timber at the front desk, had a delightfully positive attitude for being hungry, while I was filling my paperwork out. Hope she got her burrito. The room was clean and had a great scent to it. Very quiet setting for resting.
