Friendly staff, clean room, loved the location

Spotless room, I loved having the option to walk out of my porch to the river. The room was quiet, and cozy.

I’d say the only thing I ‘didn’t’ like was there was an event going on and I could hear the music in my room. However, is was off my 9pm.

Great hotel

Staff was friendly, great gift shop and restaurant. Good sized pool with a free water aerobic class. Nice water and bridge views. Close, to a really cool downtown area.

High Price for a Great View

Great view of the Blue Water Bridge with Great Lakes Freighters traveling on the St.Clair River.

Very pleasant and restful place to stay.

Loved the location, and the beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the pool but there wasn't enough chairs and tables around the pool to put our towels and to lounge around. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves.

We were traveling through for our first time to Canada.

Watching the ships go by on the river. Seeing the night lights on the bridge between MI & Canada. And, the restaurant!

Would liked to have a better view for what the night cost.

Fair at Best.

Location was good.

Breakfast was tepid. Selection was fair. Quality was fair. Room was older. Toilet was soo low I felt I was back in Japan squatting at one of their public toilets. Splashback. Room 233. If I stayed there again, it have to be an ADA room. Overall fair at best.

not enough staff, food choices low, bar and restaurant open only till 9pm. had to take out the trash myself. no coffee in the lobby in the afternoon. had to ask for more towels, never had anyone come check to see if we needed anything, basically had to ask to get something that typically needed in the room. trash outside the rooms everywhere you walk (felt dirty). I would stay there again until I know things approved.
