Excellent Experience - Terrific staff, clean, comfortable, convenient.

Front desk was amazing - highly focused on our experience and accommodated our needs. Enjoyed there is coffee all the time and, although we did not take advantage of the free meals, loved that they are provided too. We have travelled a lot - this was a terrific experience and we will always pick Drury.

I would recommend this Drury Inn & Suites to friends and family.

We have done several road trips and this is our first staying with Drury Inn & Suites. It was definitely more than we expected. They offer three free alcoholic drinks per person per night and free hot food (buffet style like hot dogs, nachos, meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggie soup and salad) along with the free drinks from 5:30pm to 7 pm. It’s free so can’t expect too much in terms of quality. They offer free hot breakfast as well but don’t expect good quality food. Our 2 queen beds were comfortable, there was good shower pressure. the room was quiet, and everything worked. The people working here are all friendly, kind and helpful. Fresh popcorn is available until 8pm in the evenings and the coffee is available in the entryway 24 hours each day. Free parking onsite. Good strong Wi-Fi. 15-20 minutes to downtown, hole in the rock, desert botanical garden, zoo and Papago Park.

The room is a little cramp. Food could be improved in quality.

Great family stay!

We loved the included breakfast buffet and kickback dinner/drinks! What a wonderful thing to include in the price--especially with kids! The popcorn machine was a nice touch! Rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, but could have used more pillows.

The hot tub had a disintegrated cardboard box floating in in it. It broke up to look like leaves floating all around. We mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't do anything about it. The pool was listed as "heated", but it was suuuper cold.

Too short-staffed for the efficiency needed by crew

It was ok, a bit dated. A reasonable breakfast buffet set up--so many airport hotels don't even offer breakfast or coffee until 6 am--but no one had hit the "brew" button on the big coffee maker, so I had to bypass for my 4:30 am shuttle.

Front desk staff in short supply. Had to wait quite a long time for someone to emerge from the back to check in around 7pm, by which time 3 other check ins were queued. Not what you want in an airport hotel, which should be as efficient as possible, especially for crew.

Great staff, excellent location, and nice faculity.

I left a dress shirt in my room. When I returned home I called the hotel and they contacted housekeeping who sent it to me a few days later.

Very clean and nice hotel in a good location.

Staff were friendly and more than sufficient facilities. I didn't swim, and the pool was closed for half of my stay, but laundry worked great and there seemed to be an active restaurant. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Special shout out to LaDonna and Jonathan, very friendly and helpful.

Lack of bar attention and front desk staff, consistent waits of 15+ minutes at front desk.

Fine hotel with breakfast, happy hour and airport shuttle.

Included breakfast buffet was very good as was the evening happy hour snacks. No problem with rooms; beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Airport shuttle worked well. Appreciate the ability to leave car on site for several days while away. This was a major feature in decision to book at Drury Airport Hotel.

Clean hotel and a good value

Clean, value that included a great breakfast

The pool was closed off in the middle of summer for resurfacing. This was only a week process for them, but of course we booked when this was happening. Other than that the hotel was great

Stay was great only problem was group of kids harassing me in parking lot as I was checking out!! I didn’t see any paren

Great place to stay, whether for business or fun.

Easy access to major roads, close to airport, free breakfast, and dinner (including wine, beer, and some cocktails). Free shuttle to and from the airport, including the car rental area. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!

Our stay was decent.

The property is clean and nice. The food and drinks are good too, and the pool area is also nice and clean.

the location is not so good. There is nothing very close by and the if you get a room next to the street like we did, forget about sleep, it is very loud with traffic.

Quick two night stay was enhanced by the professional conduct and kindness from the employees (from the free hotel shutt

comfortable beds, good water pressure and clean bathroom. Restaurant on site was a plus for dinner. Great variety of drinks/snacks and sundry available to purchase in their little “store” and free popcorn in their popcorn machine.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast.

Front desk staff was helpful in making recommendations for local restaurants and friendly. Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast had a large selection and food was hot when it needed to be and cold when it needed to be. Would stay here again.

Wish the location had a evening lounge that you could wind down in with a evening game on tv.
