Location very good... Great staff

There was no hot water at 5:00 PM yet early morning hours before I left the water was hot for showerin.... The room has a smell of smoke yet smoke detector was missing.... Water kept running in the toilet... I had to turn the water off is the noise was irritating...Overall this could be a great place it needs a little TLC

Everything!!! Nasty Nasty Nasty Floors were black, towels horribly stained could not use, bedding stained, fridge and microwave broken,to even list breakfast as an amenity is ridiculous, it was pitiful! AC was loud and rattled all night. Remove the Wyndham endorsement!!! OR send a representative there to inspect! You will be appalled!!!

The only thing I liked after over an hour and a half of trying to find a room we were able to park our car and trailer where we could see it.

The first girl that helped us seemed to not know what was going on ...she tried a few rooms to see if they were available and each one was trashed or had the safety lock on in the inside...mind you it's close to midnight and our family had been in a car for 10 hours so following this girl around the property was not my idea of a great time,she says shes found us a room and goes into the office , she emerges 5 mins later with 2 keys but it says room 203 on the keys 208 on the paperwork ....didnt matter, neither room worked ...now we have armloads of pillows blankets and backpacks and we still uave no room....back to the office we go...she says its a problem with the cardreader (its not) she brings a real key and the room is trashed, so she says shes gonna look for one thats cleaned and starts walking away.....after almost a half hour of looking she says she's going into the office to look at her computer and she will be back shortly.. so then she comes out and says her shift is over and there is another woman who will help us...at this point my kids are literally sleeping on the sidewalk outside the rooms, its been almost 2 hours since I arrived and we were frustrated, so I go to the office (she told us to wait outside the 203 room) and rhe new woman has no idea what I'm talking about ...so I spend 5 minutes explaining what transpired for the last 2 hours and she states she can give me a "blocked" roomand issue me a refund so we agree and go to a room with used beds no clean sheets or towels, trash on the sink and floors it wa sbad but whatever .....we slept got up and left the next morning. I contacted support and they connected me with someone who said they would have corporate call me back within a week, No one ever called me 2 and a 1/2 weeks later I called back to explain my situation and gave them my phone number again,... It's been Almost 2 months and still nobody has call me back

The front desk clerk smokes so much the outside even stinks. Lay off the cigarettes especially where you greet guests.

The rooms was nice. I was pleased with how nice the roo looked.

There were used wash cloths in the rooms. I feel the only thing housekeeping did was change the beds. My brother had room 104 and it was not clean either, there were plates in the microwave and it did not smell good.

I've stayed here before and its close to where I work.

I know they're remodeling but the room they put me in this time was awful. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. The hairdryer was torn off the wall and the deadbolt lock didn't work.

they promised continental breakfast from 6am -9am but it was already 6:20am and lobby doors were closed. room had a slight cigarette smell.

I liked the location it was very convenient.

The fire alarm kept going off randomly waking me up and sending my dog into a frenzy. I will not be staying again.

The people were nice

OMG where to start, the room was filthy , felt like sand on the floor, pillows were worn out, the bathroom was the worst, the tub didn't drain well, so I was in standing water as I showered, the shower curtain smelled like pee, not enough towels, and they were thin and rough, the breakfast was gross and made my stomach hurt, definitely won't stay there again

The room was very basic to be kind. The furniture was old decrepid and the bedside lamp looked like picked up at the garbaged dump and yes it did not work. the air condition/heating did not work properly. The sink was terrible.

they forgot to empty my garbage can in the room and the juice machine at breakfast was out of order.

We were supposed to have a non smoking room--- the room stunk of cigarettes. Chair in room was filthy, bed uncomfortable. Noticed they overcharged my credit card.
