Very nice!

I did not get the breakfast. It was very nice overlooking the bay. I loved everything including the lotion, shampoo etc. I didn’t request a quiet room but I did receive a quiet room was appreciative.

The outside of the window was very dirty.

The staff of the restaurant, from the hostess, to the servers, to the manager on duty, were EXCELLENT! They went out of their way to accommodate us. Very pleased!

If our friends were on the same floor as we were. They were 4 floors below us.

We’ve stayed at the Erie Sheraton bayfront a number of times and always love it. Great staff, beautiful location, maybe a bit expensive but we like it.

The reservation was canceled due to cashier running my card to many time and causing a fraud alert

The scenery was beautiful.

None of the staff was on the same page. Reservation was canceled. We were racially profiled. The night Supervisor used my bank card 6 days later with a made up reservation without my permission

Buyer beware. Call hotel to confirm everything before you go. Lot's of bait and switch.

Loved the location

We booked a bay view room and they gave us a city view room, and claimed the room we wanted "wasn't available", but offered us no upgrade or discount. There were problems with the hotel that they did not disclose in advance, like their restaurant being closed for renovations, and that the parking structure was not attached to the hotel and we had to walk outside in the snow to get back into the hotel. Then they charged us $15 a day for "free" parking and refused to give us a refund.

Beautiful! But not the full experience due to renovations.

I loved the pool was open late. The staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful and clean

I did not like that the hotel was a dusty mess 😭 n the lobby. I get that renovations are being done. But I feel as though we should have been compensated for not getting the full experience. The price did not change for the room. Also we told the fridge not desk we would be leaving at 1pm. Still staff banged on the door and then opened it. Even though I said that we are still in here. I was half naked in the bathroom Also only one elevator was working

Great location, a free shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel never received our booking information from booking.com though the reservation showed as confirmed on my end. We spent more than an hour in the lobby sorting out that situation and ended up booking with the hotel directly and then getting a booking cancellation from booking.com customer service.

The bayside view was beautiful. The hotel was very clean felt luxurious.

The room price was kind of higher than I was expecting with the size of the room being smaller than I had imagined. Also the club lounge was a great perk just wish there were more snacks and drinks to choose from.
